The fact that they offer free internet lured me in first and after my first time i became a regular because it is a nice relaxed place to sit and eat and use the net. The food is very yummy - its the normal basic foods like tuna sandwiches, jacket taties, etc but it is lovely and the price is very good. While the cafe isnt that big it is lovely inside and clean and tidy always. The staff are lovely and treat you like family as they come to know you. I love this family run cafe which feels like a second home.

Ordered Motherboard bundle and a B grade 1TB NVME SSD…read more The value of the B grade nvme was £80 Incorrect 500gb SSD shipped - the mistake was due to incorrect (possibly deceitful) labelling of stock inventory and clearly no system of thoroughly checking items before being posted to customer. Emails then ignored for 3 days, wasn't until they were called that any action was to be taken. Not only is that an unacceptable time frame, its frankly borderline disability discrimination, as someone who is AuADHD and have other health issues, the last thing I want to be doing is ringing companies to chase issues that should already have been looked into as it makes my symptoms worse and I will be unwell for days after. On the phone I was spoken to with Dan, who did not offer a satisfactory resolution to the problem. It felt like there is a culture of apathy at CCL where the whole system seemed quite inflexible and born out of a business that is happy to regularly make mistakes at the customers detriment. It is not my fault that the wrong item was sent and that there isn't stock of the item I ordered. The reasonable solution most other decent companies would have taken would have been to replace the £80 B grade NVME with new stock one (£100 at the time of my purchase) and have the 500GB incorrect one returned and the company eats the mistake of losing £20 - but naturally they had already increased the price of the new item to £115 and did not give this option. Instead I was forced to choose between a partial refund or returning the item - not satisfactory considering the items are all part of a birthday gift for a 13 year old that needs to be ready in a weeks time. Edit - was called again by Dan who said he cannot do the partial refund so the only option was to send the item back and get a full refund. NOT IMPRESSED I will not be using CCL again unless the realise the value in seeking returning customers via good customer support and will stick to using their competitors.

When it hadn't turned up by the 20th, I contacted them and was told to expect it towards the end of November. By the end of December still nothing heard, so I emailed them telling them how unhappy I was - they didn't bother to answer my email but logging in to the web site, I find out that they have simply cancelled my order without telling me. I have never had such dreadful service from a company selling computer parts.

Then a week later it broke again so I sent it back. This happened a further 8 times up until now (October). The manager Graham even charged me £116 more on 9th October for a new motherboard which he promised would fix it. Then he sent it back and assured it would be the final time they would see it and as soon as I switched it on it was broken. It is as if they are just opening up the case and playing about and closing it again. This company have not got a clue what they are doing and Graham the owner/manager is quite happy to talk to me as if I know nothing about computers and then lie about fixing mine. I am so dissapointed that I feel sick - tomorrow I am taking my laptop to an approved Sony Vaio repair shop.

My computer was…read moreoriginally a CyberPower pre-built I purchased during lockdown and failed catastrophically just outside their 2-year parts warranty. I'd had issues with the machine for a while (a dodgy rear USB port fried two peripherals and the HDD casing was broken since I got it), but when I purchased a new PSU and installed it, the whole rig up and died. I ended up reaching out and bringing my machine to MH Computers for diagnostics and whatever repair was necessary. Mick was incredibly friendly and fantastically honest with me. He kept in close contact all throughout the extensive process, being open and honest about my options as we uncovered more issues at each stage. He has been nothing but lovely and helpful the whole time, and I cannot recommend him enough. It had turned out CyberPower had initially sold me a really cheap and dodgy PSU, which had fried not only my motherboard but my expensive Ryzen 9 CPU as well. Mick ended up basically rebuilding the whole rig for me in the end, working with me to make sure I got everything just how I wanted. He even remembered that at drop off I'd said I wanted to rescue some of the stickers on my old case and made sure that was returned to me! The new machine is beautiful and quiet and works like a dream. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!
