Bike Came apart during riding Just purchased 2 days ago…read more Rode it a few miles and noticed a head shake in the handlebars, wasn't sure what the issue was. Upon normal riding conditions the front wheel buckeled to the side with the handle bars being strait. This obviously through me from the bike. Always have a bike inspected from a pro bike shop! The fork was too loose to be safe, and I was seriously injured. Thanks dick.

As beautiful as the clothing is here the selection of sizes is a bit limited and the prices are a bit high for my taste. This visit I tried a few things on and again the sizes are limited. But I was able to find one pair of super comfortable shorts for $69 which was high but worth it. I also learned that they have a 1 year policy which is very rare these days. Title Nine is a store I would high recommend to anyone looking for unique outdoor sportswear.

I have shopped at All American Sports for years, as both my kiddos are in sports. I also try to…read moresupport them since they are a small business and sponsor Colorado Springs Little League. However, after this last interaction, I will not be returning. I bought a pair of baseball pants for my son and they did not fit. I brought them back within the allotted time frame and was told they would not take the pants back because the receipt showed "unhemmed pants" but according to the worker, "these are clearly hemmed". The UPC code was the same for the pants on the receipt and on the tag on the pants. The worker (perhaps the owner) accused them of being "game worn". I told him that they did not fit my son, so he could not have worn them to a game. Also, I am not sure that I have seen white pants that are still stark white look stark white after a game. I showed him the tag on the pants showing they came from All American Sports. He still refused to exchange them. It really is a shame when the smaller companies do not support their customers, and customers are forced to go elsewhere. Very dissappointed and will share this experience with other parents within the league.

This downtown area is a cute little touristy place with lots of shops that sell Colorado Tchotchkes…read more(trinkets). I went into the REI in Colorado Springs around 5:00PM looking to do a ski boot fitting and David…read moreoffered to start the process right away. He had a great personality, willingness to help, and very knowledgeable. Long story short --We did all the boot fitting process (measurements, standing in place, baking the boots, talking about fit and feel) and narrowed it down to the Atomic Hawx which was a significant improvement from my current boots and much needed on my end for performance and fit. David did mention the need for having bindings that were Grip Walk compatible which I didn't know if my binding had that but I had them in my car so I brought them in later on. Now after the boots were molded, fitted, and amazing we started the binding conversation. My current bindings were not compatible with Grip Walk boots and the problem solving started. Megan and Chris they worked their magic and troubleshooted the Grip-Walkless binding situation I was in and problem solved with another pair of Atomic boots that still had the Alpine Soles as they were out of the spare parts in the stock room. I greatly appreciated the above and beyond service, friendliness, and overall care for me as a customer and the extra steps everyone took to go above and beyond. As someone who has worked in retail, I can appreciate and understand the stress and impact the job has on you and I would like to give kudos to David, Chris, and Megan. You made my experience unforgettable, I felt extremely valued during my time with all of you and I can't wait to use my new boots this weekend. Thank you so much! I will be absolutely share my experience at REI with others and recommend they go there for any ski related needs.
