I was amazed at the service provided by this business. They were concerned about exactly what I…read morewanted, and wouldn't stop until I got it. I made a couple of stupid mistakes in the order process, but they were willing to work with me and get me exactly what I needed. Although they seem expensive, you get what you pay for. We purchased slipper socks online from Tiger Sports for a female freshman student. Before placing…read morethe order, I actually called the store to confirm that the slippers would fit a young adult. I was assured that they would. Unfortunately, when the slippers arrived, it was immediately obvious that they were far too small and would not fit any young adult. While the return process itself was easy, I'm disappointed that I was left paying the shipping costs both ways for an item I specifically called to verify before purchasing. Had I been given accurate information about the sizing, I would not have placed the order in the first place. I appreciate that the return was handled easily, but I don't feel I should have been responsible for the shipping costs when I relied on the store's assurance about the fit.

Great company surrounded by a great team of individuals! I have dealt primarily with Jamie and…read moreShane regarding their stihl products and have not been disappointed yet. They are constantly going out of their way to help and teach. They have even offered me discounts on saws that I had already committed to buy. When tax time rolled around, Berkley printed off every individual receipt for every item I bought in 2017 and then said THANK YOU for my business! Never complain or frowned about it! When I was in a car accident, a lot of my saws were damaged (including saws I bought from other places). Jamie took all of my equipment, completely reviewed, diagnosed, and wrote reports for my insurance company. When I went in to pick them up he wouldn't even let me pay him! Said it was on the house. crazy how great this place is!! Give them a chance, you wont regret it!

My boyfriend, Michael, spoke with Vince twice in the past three weeks. Michael explained what was…read morewrong with our kubota and stated that he felt it needed new belts. We had a similar problem before and when the belts were replaced it was fixed. When Vince called back, he stated the deck needed replaced along with other parts. However, the belts were not replaced. $1,311.31 and three weeks later, Michael picked up our kubota and immediately took it home to begin using it. After about 3 rounds, it was clear the kubota was not fixed. We will now have to take it to Oakway and see if they have sense enough to fix it. I am very disappointed. You would think when you're working on a lawn mower, you would ride it around to see exactly what the problem is, not just look at the parts and guess. This seems to be how they operate. If they did ride it around, then they obviously don't have any idea what they are doing. Note: I have also posted this on their Facebook page.
