So let me say the following things:…read more 1) This place is a very LOCAL place and usually packed. There is a good chance you will wait in line. 2) If you are looking for some good tasting Pizza, Wings etc. this place is a solid choice (I frequent the place because of 3) 3) IT CHEAP GOOD FOOD !! Example: You can order a Sereno Ham Pizza with 2 extra toppings for $80 pesos !! 4) Their Salads are very tasty. 1 is more than enough for 2 People. 5) Service is great and the place is very very well run. 6) Chicken Wings are "OK" but for what they charge they're a bargain. 7) Their "Lasagna" (which I order a lot) is addicting. Its not the best you've ever had by a long shot, but there is something about that makes you want more 8) I can't give the place 5 Stars because it "Is what it is"; a cheap, clean, local, place to eat cheap food that is totally enjoyable (but I wish I could). Even the Chinese food in Mexico is better than what you get anywhere in the USA, my last stop for Chinese was in Chapala, Mexico around midnight and it was all you can eat for $3.25 U.S. and the taste was beyond words! But that's for another review, this is about Sibarita Pizzeria, if you like thin crust, lots of cheese and piping hot, but you don't care for preservatives like you get on everything in America, then this is the place for you. Everything is super fresh, I have actually ordered a large pizza pie and seen the boss walk over to the market, buy each ingredient that I ordered on the pizza and put it fresh on my pizza, try finding that service anywhere in America LoL, wont happen! Believe it or not, pizza in Mexico is not cheap like it is in Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina, pizza is like gold and is quite pricey, but worth it from time to time. There are a few really amazing places like this in Chapala, the house we rent out is close to this particular location and the one I most go to, but try the food all over this area, the taste and culture is addicting, some of the prettiest people on earth and super safe to walk around & explore.
