This place is a long mainstay of the Beacon Hill neighborhood, and is one of the more prominent Asian (Filipino) markets around the area when larger corporate markets like T&T and Asian Family are more spread out away from local neighborhoods like Beacon Hill. I went here on a Sunday around 3pm to grab some of their fried foods for a large family dinner and other things. Interior itself is cramped so carts do have a hard time going around here. Flooring is also uneven but that doesn't bother me at all; in fact it's kinda charming given how newer places look more modern lately. You'll find a lot of products that remind you of similar markets like Lam's Seafood and Island Pacific. There are also two or so lanes where staff scan your items for purchase, and there were a ton of patrons when I came so we did take a while waiting. I grabbed some of their chicken wings and thighs, some fried shrimp, fried dills and meat skewers up at their deli area a little farther into the lanes. All of these are some of my favorites, especially their chicken wings, no matter how basic that sounds! They're at very reasonable prices too, hence I keep coming back for them for any big family dinners. Being one of the staples around the area like Beacon BBQ and Seattle Supermarket, this one stands out in that it has tons of hot deli items that are stocked well. I would just be wary of parking, as their parking lot is compact and limited, and street parking along Beacon Ave can be hard to get in and out of.

I wasn't a fan of the dinuguan due to my flavor preference. We did enjoy the bbq sticks. And my man loved the freshly fried chicken skins here. But on our last visit, our food had "friends" or additional protein included. And so unfortunately, we threw away everything we purchased that day. The tough part is the little critters were on our bbq sticks which were pulled out from the display area under the heat lamps. And that was very concerning for me. So sad to say due to this, we won't be going back. I hate to even leave this review but I'll always be honest about all experiences. Good or bad. Honestly we would still be going if that never happened. But now that it has, we will not be.
