Scope of work: -Worked with his architect to design our project, work within city building codes, and get our plans approved, accurately and fast. -Removed a mature tree -Relocated existing AC compressor from backyard to roof and reconnected system (done in several hours) -Installed mini-split for the new room -Relocated electrical panel running to power pole -Dug and poured foundation, framed, installed windows and doors, seamlessly attached roof to existing roof, insulation, matching drywall, recessed lighting with dimmers, & electrical including plugs and installing fixtures. -Plumbing for new bathroom, including connecting sewer to existing line, and beautiful tile installation. -Small deck with composite decking. -Artificial turf for the backyard All of our inspections were approved on the first pass, and Eddie was able to get multiple inspections complete at once, worked with the city and power company through all steps of the process, and made it all easy. He was there throughout all steps of the process to make sure the contractors knew exactly what needed to be done, and communicated any changes we may have had, and made sure everything was done right. The finished product. We love it. All our friends and family have told us how seamlessly the new room integrates into our existing house, and how nice the room and backyard turned out.
