A female employee came over and was very rude. She fixed the alarm but took the phone away that I was looking at and put it behind the counter, not even asking me if I wanted to look at it( why would I be handling it in the first place???)! Very long disorganized lines. Went to Kingston T mobile store where there was excellent customer service and got the phone I wanted ( no lines either). Second rude experience at the Long Pond location. My family and I will never go there again!
