1/6 Dr Carnedas…read moreseems like a good doctor but his assistant is incompetent . This particular medical assistant can't follow simple request by providing a doctors authorization needed. I had to call multiple times and repeat myself over and over that I did not need a DOT certification, just an authorization because of a prescription from Dr Cardenas. Even proof I have been seen by the doctor and monitored during the time of this medication would have been suffice. I never got it. I requested to speak directly to Dr Cardenas and they denied my request. Tried to make an appointment to do so and they told me it would be at least 2 months until I can see him. It's was either Kim or Alison I believe that called back at 5:06pm on 1/6 to make a threat to drop me as a patient because I was rude by saying I would come to the office if I do not get a call back. Update 1/15: received letter in the mail discharging me as a patient, supposedly signed by Dr Cardenas by an electronic signature . Dr Cardenas never attempted to make contact with me to discuss my side of things. I doubt he even knows about this. The incredibly rude and incompetent staffer is the cause of this and this is an entirely ego driven decision by her. They refused contact with the doctor and would not get me a letter of authorization but they had no problem sending me this letter. Happy to go somewhere else.

Finding a good dermatologist can be tricky. After a negative experience at another practice in…read moretown, one of my friends suggested I try Pinnacle Dermatology. I've now been seeing Dr. Morgan Ebeling for the last six months, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Although Pinnacle's Nashville locations are a bit closer than this one - I really like how easy this office is to access (especially when it comes to parking). Appointment times are respected - and I've never had to sit in the waiting area for more than five minutes. It's evident that Dr. Ebeling cares about her patients. At each of my appointments, she's listened to my concerns and come up with helpful solutions for treatment that actually work! I'll continue to trust Dr. Ebeling and the folks at Pinnacle Dermatology in Hendersonville for all of my dermatology needs - and I recommend this office to anyone in need of individualized skin care.

Very mixed reviews. My family and I have been patients of Pinnacle for several years now…read more Dr Loven and Brandon have been the providers that we have seen and have been thoroughly pleased with. Unfortunately, the face of every doctors office is the front staff. The first ones you see and the first of opinions made. There is one female up front in the Hendersonville office that does not need to be working with patients. I have watched this front staffer in past visits either being rude to patients, complaining openly about her job or in one instance laughing at a patient. Today I got her in all her glory. I had stopped by with a simple question about my bill. A bill that has been paid since my visit but keep getting. She attempted to explain what she thought the problem was. When I didn't understand and told her that, she said I was not listening. I let her explain one more time. I still didn't quite understand what she was trying to say. Seriously, with her verbiage she was making zero sense. She said I should stop interrupting. I never interrupted. That second go around I even waited for her to pause so I could respond. She told me I came in with a bad attitude. Not sure what she was talking about. I was just smiling and joking with another lady up front. I told her I was mirroring her attitude. She did not like that. Honestly, by then I was angry. I'm pretty easy going but being accused of a bad attitude she was projecting made me defensive. Her attitude with me was extremely unprofessional. Instead of referring me to a phone number, a person in billing or at least someone above her pay grade she yelled and said since I wasn't listening I needed to leave. The encounter after watching other encounters of her with other patients will keep me from going back. Nor will I ever refer another patient too. It's very unfortunate because I really love the providers. I have worked in the medical profession for over 20 years. I've never seen anything like her. I think they will continue to lose patients if the face of their medical practice is her. ~Jessica L
