Really didn't know where to start, but after being ignored by the sales staff at Summit, decided to check out Gallatin Recreation. Moved to Bozeman from west Yellowstone to and had a small issue with my sled this season, Came in to have my sled worked on this winter and get some oil. It took a while to be helped, I was the only person in the store but the people at the counter kept ignoring me to answer phone calls. Manager "Scott" was very rude to his own employees. Additionally, when I got my sled back "Wyatt" wrote some very rude comments about my sled on the service report, this is going to hurt my resale value when I go to sell the sled and provide service receipts. I know this place is owned by Todd, the same owner as the west Yellowstone Polaris. I will definitely have to drive down to west again talk to him about the management here. Only gets 2 stars because Ethan was super nice and helpful, would've liked to snowcheck a matryx slash with him but I don't want any of my money going to Scott. read more
