Drove in to pick them up and told only one pair was in. Very weak apology blaming it on the automated system that sends out notice for each item. - After four weeks second pair finally came in. Had to be sent to another lab due to a "quality control" issue. - When I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience of waiting so long and making an extra trip in, the answer was, sorry, can't do that. I spent over $600 for two pair of lenses only, mounted in my old frames. I feel they were over priced. I believe when customer service falls short the customer should be compensated in some manner. The machines they are using are good and she got a good quality of care from her doctor. The staff helped her with picking out a pair of glasses she really liked and helped with our insurance to understand what was covered.
