In the room I was in there was: (1) Ripped up box of cling film and brown paper in a corner (2) Used brown paper and tissue on the counter and on the sink next to the head of the seat (3) A plastic bag around the sink which hadn't been changed in so long it had collected dust! It's right next to your head so very much in the path of saliva and water droplets expelled during cleaning. I was shocked. Don't know who to report this to but it's clear this clinic is taking ZERO precautions. It's shameful.

These dentists greatly disappointed me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for over two years…read morebecause I knew some staff members, but was disappointed more and more after each visit. Most notably, they removed the reliable brackets my oral surgeon put on my teeth at age 18 to set my mouth up for a lifetime of success, and sold me for over 1,000$ on a 'new' set of brackets that started to peel away after 2 months and left vulnerable teeth unprotected. I will need to source an oral surgeon for another few grand to repair the damage they have caused. Hopefully my teeth haven't moved in the meantime - if they have, I'll need braces again! Also, I think it's important you know that their dentists also try to sell you on unnecessary and costly procedures while you're under anesthetic. I could say more, but hopefully that will be enough for you to change your course.

She was so sweet, social, and thorough. Not only that, she kept me well-informed of everything she was doing and why. The best part of it all is that I don't think I even shed any blood, which I ALWAYS do due to sensitive gums, they didn't even hurt afterwards. She gave me a great cleaning and polish, then Dr. Bautista came in to verify what needed to be done and the steps to come. He is also very kind and understanding, to both, your primary needs and your financial resources. I'll be going back soon for my follow up, and for once in my life, I feel no stress (because, really, who ever ENJOYS going to see the dentist?). The assistant will call you, when it is time to plan regular appointments and my own schedule has been always accommodated. The hygienists do such an amazing job and needless to say Dr Dinu who took over the clinic few years ago is a great dentist. Le Campanile clinic is definitely recommended even if you don't reside in the neighborhood.
