M À quelques reprises déjà elle m'a aidé pour différents points (parler au dentiste, conseils, ajustement financier suite à une erreur de ma part, suivis et rappels) J'aime beaucoup le Dr Nassim qui est professionnel, doux, rassurant et prend à cœur son travail. The clinic itself is very clean and up to date with the technology. The staff is friendly and professional. My dental hygienist, a woman from Senegal (i say this because i am very bad at remembering names) is the best i've ever had! I simply adore her! She is very soft spoken. She takes her time cleaning your teeth and is always making sure if you're comfortable. My dentist, Suzanne David, is also very nice and attentive. She most definitely knows what she is doing. A lot of experience under the belt! Now i would of given this place 5 stars but here is why i didn't. I came in the other day to have work done in my mouth. In the middle of the procedure, Dr David left the room to go tend to another patient in the other room. I waited at least 15 minutes with metal and plastic in my mouth. My mouth was wide opened for 15 minutes!! This wasn't the first time. I guess it's normal to overlap the appointment, but i don't think it makes it right to have a patient waiting that long. Especially with their mouth wide opened! This would be my only complaint. Other then that, i am a satisfied patient and will keep on coming here until my original dentist comes back ;)

Couvrette est un homme honnête et direct, qui travaille avec précision et aime expliquer ce qu'il fait. Contrairement à beaucoup qui délèguent ce travail à leur hygiéniste, il fait lui-même le détartrage. Sa secrétaire est posée, efficace et souriante. Il m'a fallu trois ans pour trouver un dentiste qui m'inspire confiance, j'avoue que j'avais presque renoncé... Mais me voilà enfin satisfait!
