I wore the dress once and the elastic waist broke so the next time I was up I asked the owner about a repair. She told me to bring the dress back and she would have it repaired for me. I was back in Santa Fe last weekend and spoke to another store employee who told me I could exchange it dress, but she was very disinterested in helping me find the same dress. When I found one similar she said it has to be the exact same dress, which they no longer carry. She then said (after I told her what the owner promise) that there was no way to repair the dress but she might be able to send it to a seamstress for $30?? But couldn't guarantee she would not misplace my dress. I could not believe how rude and unhelpful she was! I have a $150 worthless piece of linen I need to pay to have repaired myself. It's not usable or wearable because of the style and the fact that elastic around the waist is part of the dress. I will not shop there again and I will be calling the owner.

Just a hole in the wall next to the famous restaurant The Shed... a small shop, but wall to wall, floor to ceiling everything Christmas, year-round! Puts a smile on your face just walking through the door! Kristy was working in the store this evening, and what a pleasure to deal with. We chatted about all kinds of things, and she hunted for 15 minutes to find a companion bunny for the one we bought (Easter, not Christmas! LOL). She even called to the owner to see if an extra one might be stashed somewhere that she didn't know about! She kindly wrapped several items we were carrying (not from the store) so it would be easier for us to carry. What a fun 30 minutes! We'll definitely follow-up with the store to get a 2nd bunny! Thanks Kristy! You were such a delight!

While I did find a few wonderful items that I love, I was deeply disappointed by the customer service. The staff members were whispering and staring, did not greet anyone entering, and felt completely unwelcoming--even during checkout. This cold energy is very unexpected for a spiritual environment and for Santa Fe in general. In fact, I felt the need to thoroughly cleanse the energy from my items before bringing them home. This shop has the potential to be an uplifting, beautiful space, but the staff definitely needs to improve their customer service.
