Always excellent service from corporate, to our local office, to the estimators and technicians. For one price they go through your house and map out any pest problems or potential problems then the technician comes to "fumigate." It's truly mind blowing that there are multiple tools and substances used to get rid of pests. I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. Our technician was so understanding and took the time to call even after we didn't answer the doorbell (no one was home.) He told us he didn't mind the dogs and had some of his own. I was blown away he would still perform the service for us!! My husband got there just in time to let him in the house. I am SO thankful I found this company. I have peace knowing it was money well spent.

Value is reasonable yet the quality of service not so much. had the initial and one add service…read more had questions, took weeks and up to five different times calling to get some type of communication. felt like I was getting the runaround, not feeling like a valuable customer. called to cancel my service and was informed that there would be a cancellation fee. was also informed that if the tech tell you a certain time, but they get busy on another service, they have up to two hours to get to me. (totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them. I would gladly pay the $130.00 to be done with this company. Now I have to wait for a manager to review and call me back. shaking my head, wish I was told about this cancellation fee before I signed up. what a disappointment
