I am in the market for a rebuildable tank and some of the information he gave me was wrong and misleading (I checked his info on a few sources online to verify). Much of the juice is behind the counter blocked by Covid plexiglass and difficult to see. He was not happy or patient in having to tell me what was behind there, but we couldn't disturb his dog. Upon checking out I asked for a discount for a multi-bottle purchase (most shops I frequent give a 15 or 20% discount on orders over $100 or offer a rewards card). Here you put in your phone number for a $5 discount. Since leaving the store three hours ago I have received 9 texts from the "rewards" company. I am pretty loyal to a shop in downtown Portsmouth which has always treated me well but wanted to see what this place had to offer. I will not make the mistake of going back to NH Vape Gallery. For what I spent here I could have gotten better, cheerful service and more juice for my money in Portsmouth. The selections of juice are pretty similar. Shoulda just walked out but I had the momentum toward the purchase and didn't think it through. The only way this place would be better is if they carried DIY supplies but it's understandable why they wouldn't. I realized I needed a back up when I forget to charge my original. Less than a month ago I purchased the second with the juices. This second on leaks so much juice, it is probably going to die - never mind losing that much juice. I headed there today to get an exchange (which was kinda dumb with this snow/ice storm) and I was immediately told "they don't do exchanges." I didn't want money back, I just wanted an exchange since the company that makes these told me I had to go back to where I purchased it. I loved going there because they were super sweet, and explained how these work. Since they don't back their products, I wanted to let humans know before they purchase anything from their smoke shop. You're basically screwed out of $50 bucks - which is twice the amount one can get online if they shipped to my state. Unfortunately, for them, they are many other smoke shops in New Hampshire and I will be supporting the new store. Purchase from On The Border Smoke Shop carefully.
