Pros: good service (my bf got the fixed menu, I got a la carte, and they gave us a lot of starters on the house that I would've gotten with the fixed menu), lively with traditional live music and singing and done dancing by the end, we came in bc there seemed to be a lot of Turkish people here but realized they were probably all Turkish tourists.
Cons: way overpriced! They were charging 120TL for a fixed menu for ONE, but when the server said a la carte was also an option (it was late, 10 pm on a Saturday and we got a table in the corner, probably the only one without a view of the musicians) and broke down each part, it only added up to about 60TL at most (30 for my beef aubergine entree). I'm glad one of us had the sense to do a la carte. It came out to 150 TL before tips for one fixed menu and one entree.
The food really wasn't great, we've had way better Turkish food in the U.S. The fish and the dessert were the worst dishes. See my photos for details. read more
