He apologized and confirmed that my complaints were "dead on". He told me about all the changes that he'd already implemented, in large part, because of my review. Employees now have name tags and uniforms. Private information is only discussed behind closed doors and they're retraining staff. How about that? It's not every day that an owner makes such a effort to improve after a complaint. He wanted to let me know that my concerns had not fallen on deaf ears. Now THAT is customer service. So, I wrote another review and gave them 5 stars because I value honesty and integrity when correcting mistakes. Thank you, Dr. Mehta and Torri for reaching out and making a concerted effort to address the issue. I may try them again in the near future.

We chose Dr. McCain as our PCP for her close proximity to our house. She is the only provider in…read morethe office (no nurse or PA) so when she went on vacation for a week and her receptionist said she did not want to be bothered even though it was an emergency situation (needed an ortho referral for a broken bone), we knew it was time to switch providers. She left no one to help her patients- not even a different doctor nearby! Prior to this, her Quest Diag person who draws blood in office could not find my vein and was very unprofessional. And I have not been happy with how dismissive she was of some blood work numbers, so overall I would not recommend.
