I have been to a lot of restaurants in the US and beyond, especially healthy ones. Mom's Table is extremely unique. They serve delicious vegan food that is anything but bland. Delicious salad bar, curries, gnocchi, stuffed potatoes, smoothies, amazing raw desserts... and every single ingredient they use is organic/biologique. This is often the highlight of the whole visit. They have a buffet with variating food. It is mainly traditional german food - made vegan. My favourites are the spätzle, saitan-schnitzel and seitan-sauerbraten. On the salad buffet I always go for the delicious potato-salad and the cellery-salad. It seems to be a family-restaurant and the people, that work there are very friendly and professional. This restaurant is an absolutely must if you are nearby. Even though it is on the very country side it is definitely worth a visit!
