Tom Terrific here with another honest review…read more I was in need of a new doctor as the diagnostic clinic was clsoing. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Faltas's office a month in advance. The office sent me all he papers to fill out ahead of time and i took 20 minutes to do that. On the day of my 10:15 am appointment I arrived at 10 am as they told me to come 15 minutes ahead of time. I walked in and no one greeted me. There was a staffer behind the window but she never said a word to me. I stood there for a minute but it didn't look like I was going to be told what to do. So I sat in one of their chairs in the waiting room. And I sat. After 49 minutes ( I timed it) someone came out and asked me my name. She had a mask on! I'm hard of hearing and I asked her to repeat the questions and she pulled down the mask. She said they would be with me shortly. I walked over to the staffer at the counter and said, "I'm Tom *******. I don't think this is the place for me. I'm leaving." When I got home there was a message on my landline. THEY ASKED ME IF I WAS COMING!!!! Looks like I dodged a bullet. Dr. Wael Faltas - NOT RECOMMENDED.

The office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Love that they get you in right on time for your appointment and the wait times are not long. They even have telepath appointments where you don't have to go to the office, merely FaceTime with the doctor. Dr. Sterk is absolutely AMAZING!! He is so patient and easy to talk to. He's dedicated to his patients and their healing. Dr. Sterk takes the time to listen to his patients and wants them to be healthy. He's worked with me in taking me completely off of my blood pressure meds. And ensuring I'm taking the proper vitamins for bone health, etc. I didn't even know that he's also an Osteopath who can manipulate the spine. I was in for my last appointment and woke up with a bad headache that morning. He took me back to a room that had a chiropractic type chair where he had me lay down and worked on my neck.
