Although the response rate was timely, the cleaning itself left a lot to be desired. I requested a…read moredeep clean for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and I was not satisfied with the final result. Specifically, I requested the baseboard be done as well as the dust knocked off the walls. I was told the baseboards were done twice, but they look like they weren't touched and everything was shoved into the corner of the baseboards which was very frustrating. Clothes that were on the closet floor were just shoved further back into the closet. 'Deep clean' to me entails way more work than was done. They arrived at my home at 8am and they were gone by 10:30 which is insane for a deep clean. I was preoccupied because I work from home and could not do a walkthrough of the house when advised it was completed. Once I finally did, I realized that I would now need to do much more cleaning myself, after the deep clean was completed. The price was reasonable and I did tip Ray, but for what I received vs what I requested did not meet my expectations at all. I would rather be charged more. I pulled out an extra $100 for the service but did not end up giving it to Bonnie's Maids because in my opinion, they did not do a deep clean or a suitable job. As Ray has so kindly responded to this after calling me and telling me I was too harsh, although I was just being honest - I am editing to add to his reply. There were multiple communications with Ray before the cleaning. Not once was an expectation that everything needed to be off the floor. I have had deep cleans in the past that took care of EVERYTHING. Hence: DEEP clean. Also wondering why this is a requirement when you didn't even sweep or mop the floors, but I digress. I glanced out of my room and said it looked okay, we did not do a full walkthrough. Again, I was working. Your sloppiness in all these areas absolutely have nothing to do with me being unprepared for the cleaning. I would not recommend this company as not only are they bad at cleaning, but they also are unprofessional.

Since I bake a ton I was especially excited that he was able to clean our very dirty oven. He cleaned around the windows, unclogged the drains in our bathroom, and showed us how to prevent the calcium stains in our shower by getting a filter (sprite is one brand name and aquabliss is also a competitor) to add on the pipe before the shower head. He cleaned on top of armoires, cluttered countertops even when I said not to worry about it- "it can't be TOO clean". He vacuumed the whole house including the couch. I think he was here for at least 4 hours. I was feeling slightly exhausted watching him go at a steady pace the whole time. The baby, husband and dogs all took a nap or two in this time He even took the knobs off the oven to clean them and dusted all the fans. We were very pleased! If there is anything you think Ray can do better, he asks at multiple times to check the different areas as he gets done cleaning. You can tell he really wants you to be happy because I noticed later that the window he had cleaned had some dried water spots and he went back to fix it happily with no complaints. Probably with any cleaning service it helps to tell them what you are hoping to be achieved and then remind them person so they have a chance to make it great. This service was also an excellent value coming in quite less other quotes that we received. Thanks Ray!

The cleaners always have an issue with the keyed entry despite all other guests never having an issue. For the cleaning we got to the house & it looks like we spent $90 to just have them wipe the surfaces? Mind you this house is a 1bed/1bath and not fully lived in so I don't understand the lack of effort & I expect a higher quality of service from a company that claims as professional. The bathroom floors were dirty and walls were not scrubbed & so are the floors. The trash cans were not even emptied unbelievable. They added more work for us & thankfully the guest moved their check in date we had to clean up after a cleaner claimed to clean and we paid $90 for pretty much someone dusting our glass shelves & table. If you want more work & disappointment use Molly Maid. What a rip off

The villa was in relatively good condition. The cleaners purposely stretched out the time and would have been there more than 2 hours if not approached and asked about their time.
