After about 10 minutes Wendy Grimm Doneyhue came in, apologized for the delay. Explained they were very backed up, had some kind of an emergency. But they could've called patients and said we need to delay your appointment instead of making at least 30 people wait in the waiting room. After she explained to me that it was not what I thought it was that it was just a cyst, I asked how long the procedure would be. She said about two minutes. But she then she said that she didn't have time to do it today! I was infuriated but contained my anger. So it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting with this damn thing on my eye and it is really irritating me. There's not a lot of choices for an ophthalmologist here in this shit little town, but you'd think that they would realize that when people need care, to the patient they're the most important person. That's not at all a consideration here. Not sure I can recommend them for anything.

She removed bilateral cataracts and inserted new lenses... the left eye required a toric lens not covered by my insurance... the cost to me was over $300 less than any other office. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Wendy was very professional and caring... she even called to check on me the evening of surgery. The results were more than I ever thought possible. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and would highly recommend her.

After I ordered contacts through them they call me the next day to say the doctor prescribed me a strength that contacts aren't even made in! While I was waiting for my Rx the following other issues happened: 1. Lady comes in complaining that her reminder appointment call was made to her brother (not on her call list) and not her herself. 2. Woman makes a call to cancel an appointment with a man because of her own scheduling error as he gets off the bus to arrive. She hid in the backroom for 30 minutes before coming out to apologize for her error. 3. Woman shows up for scheduled appointment to find out the person she needs to see didn't come into work today. Apparently they weren't even scheduled to work that day. I have already filed a complaint about this office and made an appointment to be seen elsewhere. Normally I am seen and leave with a correct Rx in an hour, no problems.
