The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Wendy was very professional and caring... she even called to check on me the evening of surgery. The results were more than I ever thought possible. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and would highly recommend her.

After I ordered contacts through them they call me the next day to say the doctor prescribed me a strength that contacts aren't even made in! While I was waiting for my Rx the following other issues happened: 1. Lady comes in complaining that her reminder appointment call was made to her brother (not on her call list) and not her herself. 2. Woman makes a call to cancel an appointment with a man because of her own scheduling error as he gets off the bus to arrive. She hid in the backroom for 30 minutes before coming out to apologize for her error. 3. Woman shows up for scheduled appointment to find out the person she needs to see didn't come into work today. Apparently they weren't even scheduled to work that day. I have already filed a complaint about this office and made an appointment to be seen elsewhere. Normally I am seen and leave with a correct Rx in an hour, no problems.
