He shows up in flip flops to your home and has a horrible attitude is very rude. He says he is going to turn the appraisal in on a certain day and does not do so. I had spoken with my lender on Friday, we did not hear anything from him or get the appraisal i told her that if I did not hear back and she did not get anything by noon today (monday) i will call and check on things. I called him today to check on my appraisal (which by law I have the right to call and check on the process). This guy gets rude and ugly with me, says I called him 8 times, and i have NEVER called him at all since he left my home the early part of last week, I was just calling to check on the process of my appraisal, and received nothing but rudeness, I called him out on the comment of him saying I called him 8 times (and even if someone did call him 8 times, they have that right) and being rude to me, he then hangs up the phone on me. If he is swapped with business and needs additional time he needs to comunicate this with his clients so they can prepare for this and make other arrangements or deadlines for reasons why they may be getting the appraisal, responding like a jerk to someone is not okay or acceptable, and is not good business practice. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL!!!!!

While the girl behind the desk towards the back helped me with everything. The lady behind the big desk was super rude and not wanting to help!!! There was like 3 people waiting and she just kept saying "she will be right with you". THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! One person should not help all those people when there is someone else at work! The younger girl definitely looked frustrated and I don't blame her! I will continue doing business with Aggieland but only because of that young lady. As a disabled person with a service dog, who came into this business to spend some money, I was met with a woman who was the owner, telling me rudely that she does not allow pets in her store. My service dog is clearly marked on his vest, and is extremely well behaved and well-trained. This woman continued to harass me until I asked her to please stop so that I could get my business done and get out of there. Do not go to this business. The owner who also runs the day-to-day operations is extremely disrespectful and discourteous, as well as being ill-informed and poorly educated on our federal ADA laws regarding allowing service dogs in all businesses open to the public. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Her husband was nice was nice enough but she was absolutely wicked. I feel sorry for him. Do not patronize this business!
