Moreover, Joshua provides incredibly quick correspondence and is knowledgeable about contemporary businesses' social media/content creator/brand needs. Recently, he represented me against a nefarious brand withholding financial payment from a brand deal. As a female/small business owner, I feel very well protected and represented by Joshua! What I value about Joshua is his hands-on approach, his knowledge of modern-day business, his ability to break things down for me, and his responsiveness. (I have worked with two prior lawyers who were horrible with communication, dismissed my concerns, forgot important details, and billed me for services I had to redo). Joshua continues to work with me on my business journey with extraordinary counsel and representation. I am very thankful I found him and highly recommend the Kushner Law Firm! :)

There's a reason Sam is the #1 result when I searched for a divorce lawyer on Yelp…read more I went to Sam after my (not quite) ex-husband had been procrastinating filing our divorce for far longer than I'm willing to admit. I left him a message and he called me back the same day, even after business hours. We discussed my situation and he asked all the right questions to keep the conversation informative and efficient. He was very honest that I was almost finished and that I could very easily have finished everything myself. I appreciated his honesty (and he wasn't pushy about it) and felt even more sure of hiring him. He was able to schedule to meet me first thing the next day. In his office, we went over everything again once more for clarity. He reiterated that the process was already almost complete and I could have easily completed it on my own without him (just to make sure he was being very transparent), but to me it was worth hiring him just to make it not my problem anymore. We filled out a few pieces of paper and then I was on my way. Sam was able to get me into the courthouse the following Monday (rushing there on his own electric scooter). I went from hiring him on Wednesday evening to having a finalized divorce Monday morning. His empathy, sense of urgency, professionalism, and responsiveness made me wish I had hired him a year ago instead of waiting on my lazy ex-husband. If you're in the market for a divorce lawyer, you can't do better than Sam.
