From our first…read moreinteraction Imi was professional and easy to work with and we have been working with Greenr-Cleanr for the past 4 years. I was given the task of finding a janitorial service for our 1,400 Sq. ft office building and set up quite a few appointments to get quotes from various cleaning companies. Many of those never even showed up and the few that did their prices were much higher for basic bi-weekly services. When I met Imi for a quote we walked around the building and talked about the different rooms and specifics, etc. he asked lots of questions and was very knowledgeable. Of everyone I met with, Imi and his team seemed to be the most reliable and the best value for the price. Since then, he and his team have been wonderful and so easy to work with and responsive. Imi would even stop by to check in with us personally from time to time which I appreciated. I would often work later at the office and would sometimes run into the janitor who cleaned our office and he was always really kind as well!

Update: So the other company that we booked cancelled on us due to the staff calling in sick the morning of the cleaning. I understand people get sick, but atleast ensure proper coverage for the same day for those situatuons. They couldn't find anyone to cover until after Christmas. At that point we were so disappointed and didn't want to work with them anymore, so I reached out to Ricky again. He was able to find a team to do the cleaning for immediately. This was for our post home renovation project, carpet and tiles removed and hardwood floors installed, so plenty of dust from the air pretty much coated every surface of kitchen bathroom and furniture that was even covered. Even though we tried to wipe it ourselves we needed a professional cleaning done. Ricky's team showed up and did an amazing job getting our place like new again. The tile dust from the bathroom tile demolition got all over our shower doors and tub, but it was spotless after. The kitchen cabinet doors didn't feel grimey anymore from the kitchen demo, and the new floors felt great after it was professionally cleaned. They were on time, super nice, and done in about 3.5-4 hrs. Before leaving they asked me to check everything if it was good or might need more work, which I appreciated. We were super happy with the results. Should've gone with Fremont Janitorial to begin with! Thank you Ricky, Keilly, and Charito!
