The day after, I messaged him and asked if he came by, since I did not receive an estimate via email. He eventually replied, no. He made another appt approx a couple of days for 9am. Again,a no show and no form of contact. I sent him a text and messaged him that I do not need his so called business. No reply of apology, nothing. Did not surprise me. Imagine, if this is how he conducts himself and represents his business, then it is a person and business I do not want any dealings with. Something so simple, contact! Imagine his work!?

Stateside completely scammed me. They re-sided my house and repaired my porch roof. The siding has…read moreblown off in the wind multiple times and the porch roof is not nailed into the porch joists. They came back multiple times to repair the problems but have never repaired them. They charged me for vapor wrap and insulation and when the siding blew off my house I realized they never put on any vapor wrap or insulation. I have sued them and won in small claims court and they are refusing to pay. Below is a photo of the damage to my home. In mid-April, we came upon a property of interest and I finally picked up the phone and called Jennifer Dwyer. It didn't take long for me to realize that the person on the other end of the line felt more like a friend than an agent. From that initial phone call...through the modified searches...to our June closing (and beyond), Jen always managed to make us feel like her top priority. More times than I can count, Jen went above and beyond for us. Whether it was setting up inspections; meeting with a contractor to get a bid; securing our first packages that arrived ahead of schedule (and before closing)...the list goes on and on. With the two questions she often asked me - "How can I help?" and "What can I take off your plate?" - Jen not only made the entire process smooth, but often, pleasant. After her most recent help, I sent her this text: "Boy Jen...did I ever make the BEST decision of my life asking you to help me find a house! You have been a godsend over and over! Thank you!! The ONLY GOOD THING about this location is it is less than 20 feet to the boardwalk. Great location. No wonder why the contract has a clause "tenant assumes the units condition sight unseen". The place was far from clean. Sand everywhere. Black tub, and furniture stains. Had to clean the whole thing. Sign in the unit stated to contact the realtor if it is not in order. So I did. He said he would contact the owners and get back to me. 4 DAYS AGO. Also advertised WiFi. The WiFi is centrally located and NOT per unit. My brand new iPhone and my Xbox could not connect and stated the issue is with the router. Please remove WiFi from the listing as it only works OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM IN THE HALLWAY. The pictures in the listing hide all the dirt and dinginess of this unit. The keys we were given to get into the unit after hours did not work and we got locked out and had to wait for someone else living there to let us in. We were not given a parking permit for the numbered spot so I hope our car doesn't get towed. We booked this from June 1-8 and will be leaving a few days early because of the mess of this condo. The whole thing is in dire need of a renovation. Our specific realtor was of zero help and the "owner" of the unit pretty much told us to pound sand. Stay far away from this condo complex and do not use this Berkshire office on 34th.
