We had a wonderful experience with our realtor, Jose Hernandez Jr, selling our half-acre property…read more With two owners involved, he had two different people, opinions, questions, and concerns to work with throughout the process -- and at times, I'm sure we gave him plenty of opportunities to practice his patience! He handled it all extremely well. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to listen to both of us. Jose kept us informed, answered our questions, and helped guide us through each step of the sale. We especially appreciated his ability to communicate with both owners and make sure we were comfortable with the decisions being made. Selling property can definitely have its stressful moments, but his patience, professionalism, and sense of calm made a big difference for us. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and would happily recommend Jose Hernandez Jr. to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you for sticking with both of us and getting the job done!

This is my 7 or 8th time dealing with a title company for personal transactions and maybe 50-60th time when counting work related dealings so I'm somewhat aware of what they can do and how they do things. Probably the worst experience so far. I'd highly suggest going to one of their other offices or another company completely.

We were referred to Sophia by a friend that had a short sale in Sacramento that no realtor would touch but Sophia was able to sell the house. She is awesome! She is very nice and very personable. Sophia is one of those realtors that is there for her customer not just for herself. You don't feel like you're talking to a 'typical' salesperson. We did have a few hiccups along the way as the seller and their agent were not very ethical and forthcoming when it came to certain things. But, Sophia made sure we were not taken advantage of - she even paid for our home warranty which she did NOT have to do. Sophia is an excellent communicator - she is not one of those agents that you get into contract with and then you do not here from them for days. We had a wonderful experience. I have recommended Sophia to some of my coworkers and friends that are in the market for home.

Not only does Tong know so much about the housing market, he is personable and honest. I couldn't be more happier with my "home, sweet home" Thank you Tong and Lyon Real Estate!

Highly recommend LuAnn for any real estate transaction in the Davis or greater Sacramento area…read more My family and I interviewed about seven agents we found through Yelp, and LuAnn stood out immediately due to her experience, track record, and the quality of her marketing and sales materials. She was knowledgeable, organized, and refreshingly not pushy -- a stark contrast to some of the other agents we spoke with. It ultimately came down to her and another agent I'd become friendly with, and LuAnn's professionalism and candor made the decision clear. We hired her to sell an inherited home in Davis that had significant sentimental value and decades of accumulated belongings. She was patient and supportive as we spent nearly three months cleaning, sorting, and conducting an estate sale. Throughout the process, she and her team -- including Anna Huang from eXp -- added tremendous value. Anna helped design and renovate the home, addressed City of Davis inspection requirements, and guided us through every repair and inspection issue that surfaced. The staging was excellent, and the video and social media marketing were outstanding, making the home shine online and attracting strong buyer interest right away. If you have any questions about LuAnn's marketing strategy and execution -- including how she helped turn a $700,000 home into a $900,000 sale -- ask her about our White Horse Davis property. LuAnn also provided a comprehensive list of inspectors, helped us resolve buyer‑side concerns, and kept the entire process on track. Most impressively, she secured a buyer and got the home into escrow within about a week of listing, even though other homes in the White Horse neighborhood had been sitting on the market for months. We achieved the pricing we wanted, felt supported the entire way, and genuinely appreciated her professionalism. I would absolutely use LuAnn again for any future real estate needs in Sacramento, Davis, or even Irvine.

They had all the resources ready to make a home SALE! I first called LuAnn because had I seen really great yelp reviews about her and her team. When I called, we went straight into getting an appointment set up for a walk-through of the house in a timely manner. This process of getting the house on the market was made really easy because LuAnn and her team are extremely organized with their work and their time. They were very respectful of our time as well. The house was inherited, and we thought that it was going to be really hard because of how the shares were set up. LuAnn and her team were very reassuring that they have seen multiple cases like ours and they have helped their clients be successful in the end. Everyone apart of her team made selling the house such a relief for us. We honestly feel like we didn't have to do too much because of how helpful they were during the whole process. Once we went over the initial steps to sell our house everything went by accordingly and pretty quick, and LuAnn and her team had all the resources that we needed. I appreciated the way that every detail was looked over in order to have a successful sale. LuAnn and her team were very understanding and dedicated. I would recommend LuAnn and her team over and over. We are absolutely grateful for their help.

Warning to Property Owners: do not list your property with RNB Elk Grove. They barely lift a finger…read moreto market your property. * They take 5 business days to process each application. * They will not show the house to any prospective renter until the renter has paid an application fee, submitted their application, had their credit, income and rental history checked, and been approved. Very few tenants are willing to go through all of this for a house they have never seen. * I had to show the house myself or have friends show it. * RNB did not list it on Zillow or Redfin. They said they submitted it to these sites, but RNB never followed up to see why it had not shown up until I pressured them 5 weeks into the process because we had so few inquiries. In the 5 weeks I worked with them their "efforts" produced a total of one applicant. They charged me $600 to break my agreement so that I could find another management company. It's true their contract says they charge $600 if you cancel before 60 days. It's also true that their contract says they will post on CraigsList but they did not do this and Nichelle even told me when I terminated that they did not do this. Their contract also says they will post on Zillow, Redfin, etc. but I checked those sites and it was not there. When I asked for proof that it had been posted there, they simply sent me a page that said "posted to internet." It also says they will post on Social Media which they did not do. It also says they will provide "unlimited showings" yet omits the very important part that they will only show it to prospective renters who have paid $50 application fee, gone through the process and been approved. When I told them I should not have to pay the $600 due to their lack of good faith effort to rent my house and their breach of contract by not doing what their contract says in terms of leasing and being deceitful about the showings, they refused to terminate my agreement, take down my listing to allow me to find another company and refused to return my keys or garage door opener until I paid the $600. I lost that money plus rental income from the time they wasted. I signed their agreements and entered the relationship in good faith, trusting they would make a significant effort to find a renter for my home. I hired them to help me and they only caused me stress.
