Took our car here because it needed new struts and also needed to be aligned. Took it in and had…read morethe work done, and the bill came to almost $900; fine. H & H ask said we would need new tires soon; nothing urgent, but in the near future. Our son got the car back and drove it back to college. The very same day he had a flat tire because the tire cracked and was shot. He drove the car back home and we made arrangements with a tire shop to get new tires. Since we were making the considerable investment in the new tires, I told the tire shop to please double check the alignment to make sure it was all still good, so we wouldn't ruin the new tires. Well, the tire shop put new tires on and checked the alignment and found that the left outer tie rod and right lower ball joint were bad. They said there is no way that an alignment was done because it is impossible to align a car with these issues, because the alignment would not stay. We paid $250 for an alignment that didn't happen. And if I hadn't been extra cautious to tell the tire shop to just double check that the alignment was still good, we not only would have wasted the $250 on an alignment that basically didn't happen, but we would also have quickly destroyed our new $600 tires. Also, a reputable mechanic shop should be able to see when tires are failing to the point of cracking. Our son could have been injured or killed had this tire failed on an interstate at a high speed. Never again will we go to H & H.

If I could choose a "0" star I would very well do so!!! I've worked on our vehicles for 34 years…read moreand sold part for 25 of those.. SO when I say I pretty much know how a Machanics or a shop is suppose to do work AND business,, I DO!! I don't know ow these folks personally and I really DONT and WOULDNT EVER take a vehicle here,, EVER!!! It's real bad when you do work on the front end of a truck KNOWING when that customer picks that truck up to drive and your company let's it leave with the front wheel has not been fixed correctly and putting someone's LIFE AND THE LIVES OF THEIR KIDS RIDING ON THE INCORRECT WORK DONE!!! KNOWING The wheel can fall off driving don't the road,, that's just WRONG!!! KEEPS the truck for a week and a half,, uses the excuse that the customer rushed them,,, a rush job is I feel when a customer hounds you everyday to have the vehicle back in a couple of days,,, MY family dropped off a truck for issues,, now I know personally that you may not be able to jump right on it,, and I have the up most respect for Machanics,, with that being said,, when you replace 2 FRONT wheel bearing assemblies on a 4X4 and put studs that they KNOW are to short,, KNOWING THIS!!! LET THE CUSTOMER PAY OVER $1150 for work preformed,, get IN and DRIVE OFF KNOWING the wheel could fall off,, IT'S STUPID!! IRRESPONSIBLE!!! BAD BUSINESS!! AND ADMITTED to letting the truck leave this way,, and what's so bad and pisses (excuse my anger) me off!! They BLAMED IT ON THE CUSTOMER for needing the work done in a timely manner,, after 1 1/2 weeks of waiting,, got paid $1150+ for work preformed that could have killed my husband,, he needed his truck to drive over 2300 miles over 36 hours one way,, TOWING an enclosed trailer with a brand new Harley Davidson Motorcycle plus totes packed full of belongings he's collected over 18 months of working in South Dakota,,, I know all Machanics are not like this,, these folks may be awesome people to talk to outta work,, but when you preform work on a vehicle and you have a customers lives in your hands by removing ANY part of that wheel and tire to preform work,, it's their responsibility to make sure the work is safe,, it's called VEHICULAR HOMICIDE when you KNOWINGLY let ANY vehicle,, car, truck, motorhome, etc; leave the shop with incorrect parts that could cause an accident that could potentially kill a driver, passenger, or maybe could hurt an incident driver of another vehicle cause the front wheel fell off due to an irresponsible machanic that just wants to get rid of a customer that needs their vehicle n a timely matter,,,,,,, I apologise for the long review as well as the rant,,, but these folks put my husband's life in danger by doing what they did and I feel if they did it to him (and admitted to it) they could do it to someone else,,, I would feel horrible KNOWING I didn't tell what happen and another customer had worked preformed that included replacing or removing a wheel then get hurt or goodness forbid a family member, child, friend or an innocent passer byer caused by maybe too many phone called to get your vehicle back,,,, it puts a bad taste n my mouth n gives other AWESOME MACHANICS a bad name,, you wanna trust the company U take your vehicle to,, not get messed over,,,,,,
