My car got towed which I completely understand is on me but I live in another state and work on Monday, so I called to see if we could work something out. They were hard to get ahold before noon then after 12 they said they were closed at 12. Richie said he would see what he can do and would give me a call back. I waited multiple hours before I reached back out. He wouldn't answer my calls but would text me asking the repeating questions about proof of ownership and all that. I gave the information multiple times and asked a follow up question on if he's gonna be able to help because I'd have to let my boss know if not. With no response I could only assume he's not someone who's gonna help out his customers, he'll do whatever he can to hold on to the car just to get money out of the costumer. I understand it's my fault for getting the car towed but the lack of communication and care for his customers is very evident. I go in to pick it up Monday morning at 8:30 and they charge me for 3 days even tho it went in Saturday morning at about 8:30 that's just at 48 hours. Costed $600 after Everything said and done. I have a lot of family that owns there own mechanic shops. I'll be spreading this information as far as I can.

AAA confirmed that no money should ever be exchanged for a battery jump and not to pay them. I told the driver to send someone else, and they did not communicate to AAA they were not taking the call. If you have AAA and get this company, do not pay them a dime! They are attempting to extort money from you when they do this. I contacted the company directly to address the issue, was hung up on by the owner, and he refused to answer calls from me to continue to discuss the problem, like a man. Horrible service, uncaring, and unable to take ownership for their own negligence.

They own their own business and charge $125 for administrative fees on top of that! When I called to ask about picking up the car the owner, Dave, told me that my car was not in driving condition. That I would need to haul it out because he could barely get it to back up. Picked up the car, no issues. Runs great. We went to so much trouble to get a truck and trailer because the car was not in driving condition! All in total $1094 in charges. And in our conversation the owner said at least no one was injured, which I agreed to as well seeing as how I just lost my father. The owner knew this information and he still conducted business in such a cold manner.
