My therapist Tina, had a good touch and checked in to see if the pressure was ok, but she asked a bit too much almost to the point that I couldn't relax and the only reason they got docked a star. She was very sweet though. The place was extremely clean and the temperature was perfect not a deep freeze like most others. The music was at just the right volume and despite it being in a VERY busy strip center you couldn't hear any outside noise from inside. I do recommend them if you're in the area and need a bit of relaxing.

They're located right down the road from the new concept Target that opened. Arriving, the parking is ample, the area is new and clean, and you already feel at ease. Walk in and we are instantly greeted by the receptionist. She provides a laminated paper showing front and back and gives you a dry erase pen to circle focal points during your massage and what level pressure you want (1-5). I had selected the Swedish massage and pressure 3. 90 minutes of goodness. The pressure was PERFECT! Not to soft where you're lying there thinking my kid could do this, but not so hard you're uncomfortable. It was right on point and so relaxing! When they use the hot towels, I love how quickly it was replaced so you don't have a cold one. As they focus on your legs and feet, they cover up and putting a heating pad on your back. It was a welcome added touch. It was 90 minutes of complete cruise control and enjoyed the relaxing down time. With both of us doing massages I am not sure which did who but I am pretty sure I had Ava. We both agreed we'd go back in a heartbeat and this is our go to. Also, icing on the cake (aside from the reasonable prices), I love they don't give you that funky tasting herbal/ginger tea. BLAH! After she left, the therapist repeatedly came to her car window trying to explain and apologize. She was scared, called the police, and waited in the business next door until I arrived. I saw the option of a chair massage and was surprised. You normally don't see these at massage places it's usually at the mall. My wife and I did the 30 minute chair massage and it was pretty good. Felt no different than a regular laying down massage. The pressure wasn't too light (which I was worried about) and it wasn't too hard. They masseuse kept asking if it was ok, which I appreciate it. He even noticed my tensed areas and I can tell he added more pressure on those spots. If the chair was this good can't imagine the other options. The only downfall is alot of the massaging happens in a one big room. They do have Curtain dividers on one side of the room but the rest of the place has tables for massages and two chairs. It was kind of weird cause you can hear whispers and watches or phones chiming. Kind of kills the relaxation. Maybe having a silent phone rule would help. They might have rooms but it was too dark to tell. Also it's better paying cash as you will be charge a service fee for using your card. We didn't know that but we do now. I would come back.
