2 tennis courts w backboards (not shown), 4 pickleball courts
    Gina L.

I've come here to play tennis on weekends (morning/evening). There are 2 tennis courts, 2 backboards, and 4 pickleball courts, all pretty new. Lots of parking, decent view of Camelback, and some trees that slowly produce shade on the courts nearing sunset. There are huge lights that automatically turn on in the evenings. Getting a free court is kinda a toss up, but it's usually full after the sun sets. Nice dirt walking/biking path (Arizona Canal Trail) along the water, lots of grassy shaded area to lay a blanket, as well as two sand volleyball courts (bring your own net though). Check out Arizona Falls on the other side of the parking lot to learn about hydroelectricity where it smells kinda fishy!

    Fluffy trees

Since I was already out of the car for the Arizona Falls (btw, don't miss that on the other end of the parking lot), my group decided to walk on over here to this little park. What's not to love? Big trees, tennis courts, volleyball, a big expanse of grass for your dog (I saw a few, just don't have one myself). You can even access this park via a walk on the canal. I don't think I'd enjoy it in the heat of the summer (July or August), but in February, this was a perfect little park to enjoy the outdoors for a few minutes.

    Tennis courts!

We've tried a lot of different sports in her short little life and this is easily our favorite one, in large part to the awesome experience! The current spring sessions are twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm. I was surprised that they were an hour long because most activities for this age range tend to be shorter. But the benefit of a full hour is the amount of actual practice and playing time the kids get + the amount of energy they exert! The racquet club itself is like a hidden gem tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. They offer a lot of different classes and the staff are friendly & down-to-earth. Our favorite part though are the coaches! Her main coach - coach Joe - is stellar! He has a great balance of being direct and fun! It's the first time I feel like my daughter has gotten real instruction in an activity like this which means she's actually learning and improving! It's also helped her build more confidence because she feels like she knows what's she doing and she gets feedback and help when she doesn't. We plan to attend the entire spring program as well as continue with tennis here for the foreseeable future!

There's lots of other activities spots too - baseball/softball fields, open fields for grass volleyball/football, basketball courts, playground, and walking paths. But I only care about the beach courts. The City of Scottsdale is routinely known for all the above with SRP courts- which is why they are always in high demand. #FirstWorldProblem There are 6 doubles courts with provided lines, lights, and ramadas with tables in the walkway between Courts 1&2 and Courts 3-6. Seriously, they know what they're doing here. A couple of years ago I called the Parks office to rent courts for my birthday volleyball tourney and the guy I spoke with indicated that they know they're good. If they aren't reserved, it's truly a toss up whether you can claim a court or not (even during summer). I only wish that other towns/cities could build as good courts in bulk much closer to me so the drive would be better, but a las.. I still end up at SRP weekly.

This place have 4 fields, with a shack shop. This looks like home of Scottsdale Little League. The field could take some maintenance, especially outfield. The facility offers restrooms, plenty of kids' park and play areas. Also, this place has plenty of Tennis courts and volleyball courts. This place is perfect for family day at park. Parking around the parks are plenty with a small lake and plenty of goose
