Just wow. That's awesome customer service right there folks. I was even happier that they were able to get me an appt. for a 60 min. therapeutic massage the same afternoon. Woot! I arrived 15 min. early to fill out a few forms. The reception area was nice, and had some good products available. The seating was on the window ledge, sun shining in, nice. I didn't wait long until Tiffany came to get me. The massage rooms are nice and cozy, quiet & dim, with a great choice of music as well. Tiffany got to work and took care of all those knots and tight areas! Her technique is firm, but relaxing and she has a knack for pinpointing those sore spots you didn't know you had. I'm going to make an effort to come back regularly. My back feels better than it has in a LONG time.
