In order to address it, the ONLY toilet i have in the house had to be removed and so I needed a porta-potty. I was working with Brad's Septic Service and they were great! But my reconstruction company uses this company. They contacted American Sani-Can telling them that I needed a porta-potty today and that I do not currently have a toilet so it was an urgent need. American Ssni-can said that they could not find my home and could not get in touch with anyone, so they never came by leaving me without a toilet. I had to drive to the store to use the bathroom. They said they couldn't come back out until the next day!!! I know they never called me for directions and knowing i don't have a toilet never bothered to come out to provide one until the following day after 10:00 a.m. This is the WORST service I've ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend this company. Brad's septic service was just here and delivered a porta-potty for me. Thank goodness for Brad's whom i highly recommend!

Excellent communication from Alex on when they were going to arrive. After messaging on Yelp was…read moreable to come out the next day. Was at the top end of his estimate due to the weight of my materials, but even then was still the best rate that I was quoted (and it was heavy, so was totally expecting to pay the upper end of the estimate). Does this guy really need another 5-star review?…read more OK. The first thing I would like to mention is that Alex is the king of communication. I contacted him here through Yelp. He replied within 30 minutes and he came over the next day to give me a bid on doing the work and set up a time. On pick-up day he couldn't make it; I am pretty sure he simply over-booked himself, but again, he was very good about communication and was also accommodating about it. Since I wasn't in a rush we simply set a new time. Pick-up day went smoothly. He came with a guy named Simon and they moved stuff out pretty quickly. At one point I also had a convo with Alex. He is very fun to talk to -has an engaging personality. But oh oops!--between the time we made the first date, and pick-up day, I added a bunch of stuff to my pile and he couldn't fit it all in! He said he would go to the dump and that Simon would return the following morning to get the remaining things. And now comes the payment part, right? Because many of us have learned from experience that it often backfires on us when we go on ahead and pay for a job that isn't finished. I decided to take him at his word -I made the splurge and paid him for the whole job. So. Did Simon return the next morning as promised? If you're confused about that, check out the number of stars in this review. And not only was Simon here bright and early, he also took a few extra items. But ssshhhhh!!! Don't tell Alex!

Or so we thought he did. We have to get additional mitigation out to correct his elementary work. There was a lot of moisture in the areas he claims to have mitigated. Please note: He falsely advertises he is licensed on Angi's list. Our discovery of his inexperience showed Daniel had an expired CCB license for over a year. He ripped us off and did not do the job he was hired for. There's a reason he has older reviews and nothing within the last four years. I advise anyone who comes across this review to look elsewhere. He will harass you nightly over the phone or for nothing at all. He will also reinforce his "customer service" and perform at a poor/mediocre level of service. Do not trust a word this man says. His "25 years of experience" claims are far from the truth. He will waste your time, money, and patience.

We weren't sure if there was water damage, but I came across WaterBear thanks to fellow Yelpers and saw that they offered free estimates. I left a message on a Sunday; they called back shortly after, I described the situation to a friendly lady, and they sent someone over the next day (which was on a holiday - I only seem to have plumbing emergencies on holidays). Jesse came over as scheduled, did a scan with his equipment, and reassured us that we had nothing to worry about - no water damage had occurred. This note sent to "WaterBear Restoration" (there was no…read moreservice provided to "rate you experience," but it requires me to "add a star rating to complete your review) Today, 12/13/25, I received, by postal mail, an invoice for carpet cleaning - red wine removal. There has been NO CARPET CLEANING service provided. On or about 12/2/25 I spoke with Tabatha at WaterBear, explaining that I had some wine stains on a small area of carpet. I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid. There was no service provided, no phone call to set something up, and no follow up by your company. I will find someone else to do the work.
