Scammer i went to east coast auto on Saturday afternoon tried to get tires installed i purchased…read morethe wrong size. I needed spacers and longer lug nuts to install the wheels. I paid for the spacers and lug nuts and Billy also charge me to clean the inner bead to each wheel so the total was $341.20. My problem with Billy is he didn't have the lug nuts on Saturday and he said he can get the tires on Monday at $100 each ok so order them for and I'll see you then. Well Monday comes he has the tires but no lug nuts . So i said I'll take the tires but refund me my money for the spacers and lug nuts. This used car salesman writes me up a new invoice using the money i gave him on Saturday as a deposit with mondays invoice. So now he get to charge more taxes and adds what he did on Saturday twice with the cleaning of the wheels. These invoices will show you how grimy this place is lesson learned never deal with this place

I couldn't find the receipt. I went back into AutoZone and I explained that I literally just bought the lug nuts 10 minutes ago FROM YOU. He still said without a receipt, I couldn't get my money back. He would only give me store credit. I asked him that since the purchase was only 10 minutes ago, couldn't he just reprint my receipt and use that??? He said no. At this point , he could have even voided the transaction and given me back my $29. But no! He was extremely stubborn and not understanding in any way. He sold me the wrong lug nuts. Yes, I made the mistake of tossing my receipt. But it was literally 10 minutes from purchasing. He gave me store credit which I probably will never use. I just don't understand why he couldn't help me. I feel like he was just trying to make a stand or something. Don't throw your receipt out guys.

I brought my car a few months ago to the dealership and they told me that both my right side hub bearings were "noisy and compromised." The price they quoted me, seemed pretty high, so I wanted to get a second opinion. We did not have a car place up in the area that we could rely on, so I'm so thankful to my husband's co-worker for recommending Carbone Automative Repair because they did an excellent job fixing my car and at an amazing price! Thank goodness I brought my car there because it turned out all FOUR of my hub bearings were bad. Mike said he's never seen all four go bad all at once. He also told me I needed to replace front and back brakes, and I also got an oil change. The price for all of this work was phenomenal - if I went to the dealership it certainly would have been double, if not more! Carbone's is definitely my new mechanic shop. The tow truck driver who answered was immediately rude and unprofessional. Due to the poor customer service, I decided to cancel the request. At that point, the representative became hostile, yelling profanities and directing racial slurs at me because of my accent. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. No customer should be subjected to harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse for simply requesting an update or choosing to cancel a service. After I canceled the towing service due to unprofessional and delayed service, the situation escalated further. The representative continued to call me multiple times in what appeared to be a harassing and taunting manner. During this calls, he used extremely vulgar language and made repeated offensive racial insults targeting me because of my accent. the behavior was aggressive, abusive, and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs and reporting this incident through the appropriate channels.
