They agreed to do the work and we scheduled a time and date for project completion. Unfortunately, they didn't show up and they never called me to explain or reschedule the work. I called them several days later and they blamed me for not returning their calls....but they never called me and never left a message. I ALWAYS return phone messages! Their representative was very rude and unprofessional. Use somebody else!

I would STRONGLY recommend against using EcoView. Our experience was great up until we wrote the…read morecheck for the deposit. Then it took months to get our windows, when we got them, several were the wrong size and we had to wait longer to get the new correct sized windows installed. Communication was nearly non-existent and we had to keep asking for updates. Once all windows were installed, the caulk job was so bad that even after the second installers came and "fixed" it, it cracked and looked horrible. So we paid nearly $40,000 for windows that my husband has had to spend hours removing the caulk and fixing. Save your money and go with Home Depot or Lowes.
