Starting from scheduling the initial inspection to working through painting the entire exterior of the house and shed, Levan and his team were always punctual, attentive, transparent, and demonstrated great care into doing the project the right way. Levan and his crew were professional from beginning to end. Levan stopped by my home and reviewed…read moreall the steps they were going to perform, from power washing, caulking, and problem areas where ladders needed to be placed (pool cage area). His crew took a couple hours in the afternoon to prep my windows, doors, light fixtures, etc. Everything was covered properly. The next morning at 8 the crew got started right away painting the home (two story, 3000 sq ft). They were completed by 3-4PM. I made a last minute request to repaint my door in a different color and they had no problem accommodating that, he explained the additional cost and went out to get the paint. After they were finished painting they cleaned up all around my home and left it cleaner than it was! I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of painters provide quotes and there was always something that rubbed me the wrong way, from price to paint being used and their unwillingness to explain everything in full detail ON PAPER. I don't commit to anything unless it's written down properly on a paper contract (and neither should you). I didn't even need to ask for this it was just done right. This is why I went with US Painting. Organized and professional crew. I'd highly recommend them for painting jobs.

Left without telling me how much new roof or even part of new roof would cost. Called George Jr. Within one hour he was up on my roof fixing the hole. Gave me a price on new roof, too, but understood that as senior citizen, I would not afford it. He even replaced two shingles that had fallen off. Great company and people-oriented owners. CONSUMER BEWARE: I hired Joshua Sanchez in November of 2021 to paint my home. I declined to give a…read morereview at that time because there were many issues. Most of which were resolved but, it wasn't pleasant dealing with him. Unfortunately, I had to contact Mr. Sanchez again recently, due to the fact the paint on the ceiling of my front porch is blistering, cracking and beginning to peel. He came out and took no responsibility. He said the paint is blistering because the ceiling is made of drywall and humidity or water will cause that. He told me it's a problem with my roof and it must be leaking. My roof is only a couple of years old. I told him that he should have taken into consideration that the ceiling is made of drywall when he did the job. But, now it's going to crack and peel and it's my problem after hiring him and paying him $2800. He said, "I come, I paint the house, that's it." I told him I have a 3 year warranty. He said, "So, what does that mean? Do you expect to paint it like a new house?" Those are his words verbatim. I was taking notes because I knew he was going to give me a hard time based on the last time I had to deal with him. He didn't like my attitude and I sure enough didn't like his. The conversation became heated and we were both speaking in raised voices. He left stating he wasn't dealing with me and he wasn't fixing it. Mr. Sanchez is unprofessional, his work is subpar, and the warranty on his work is worth less than the paper it's printed on. Save yourself a headache, don't hire him.
