As his website states, they offer preparation of legal documents but they are not attorneys. The fees are more affordable. We initially set up an appointment in person and we brought my mom with us to his office in Los Alamitos. The office is across the street from Los Alamitos Elementary school and it's on the second floor. Robert made it easy for all of us to understand and explained some of the terms and what things meant. After your initial appointment, we stayed in communication via email and had one Zoom call with him. When we were ready we set up another in-person appointment to notarize our documents. After that we were all set to submit our form to the County Recorder. The process was very easy, Robert offered great customer service and we would recommend anyone to him.

I needed to get a form notarized for a government documents request. I used Legal Ink for their…read morenotary service and it was a satisfactory experience. The notary was pleasant but there were a few hiccups. I had a 11:30 appointment and showed up five minutes early as I like to be punctual -- I didn't realize the whole office would be closed so I was waiting outside for a bit. It ended up being fine but I would have liked a heads up so I knew what to expect when arriving. Also, while completing the form, the notary made a mistake with her stamp. I luckily had an extra form with me. Lastly, I realized after the fact that the notary made a spelling error on the second form, but luckily my documents request went through fine despite that. In the end, the job got done but a few things kept this from being a five star service. If you use this business, I recommend checking beforehand when the office will be open that day, bringing extra forms with you if you can, and doublechecking the forms before leaving.

They waited enough time to cut me off to make it impossible for me to find another attorney; I never received their advice to look for another while I was going to the chiropractor (again they should've done it).
