The menu is uninspiring (even less than the regular Bavarian fare) and the food is as to be feared. The Gaststätte is closed until sometime in Spring 2009 for renovations. The monastery itself is more interesting: it has a museum with lots of artefacts from Africa and Asia that could gain from a more modern approach, but still, the items are there to make a beautiful antropological showpiece.
