I had noticed that it's well reviewed here by German Qypers, and so when leaving the Reeperbahn S-Bahn hungry last night I popped in. The place is basically a hotdog factory, but they also have a few burgers if you want one of those. I went for a cheeseburger and it hit the spot. Not too big, not too small. it wasn't the best burger I've ever had, but it was better than most of what is on offer at other nearby establishments.

They're very focused on sausages, so the only other things are some sodas and French fries. Note that this is an outdoor sausage stand. There is a large roof providing overhead cover in the case of rain, but not much protection from wind. There's no seating, just some high-top tables and the counter, all standing level. The water is nearby and the views are pretty nice. The folks there seemed to speak English well enough to get by. The sausages are right there on the grill in your view so you could theoretically just point. I recommend just picking one with a fun name and trying it out! Service is fast, as the sausages are there cooking. Open hours are nebulous as there is no signage that I could find indicating when they're open, but given that they're in a commercial district, any time people are working office jobs, or just after working hours, is a good bet.
