Paid £7500.00 to have artificial grass laid in June 2019. Fylde grass supplied the artificial grass which was from all different batches and did not colour match. The owner of Fylde grass, William Booth admitted there was an issue and in September 2019 the faulty grass was removed, replaced and relaid. To our shock and horror this again was a mix match of colours!! William has admitted buying his artificial grass product in containers from China and has no control on the mix match of colours. To date, February 2020 our issue has still not been resolved by Fylde grass. A complaint has been made to Trading Standards and we now intend to issue Court proceedings against Fylde grass for a full refund.
