We arrived at AT&T store around 9:30 am. There were two customers ahead of us. We browsed the store waiting for the next customer service representative which was 5 minutes. There was one customer service representative assisting an elderly man and a young man that assisted us. I apologize I have forgotten his name. There was a couple waiting on the customer representative waiting on the elderly man and they told us to go ahead and work with the young man. AT&T had a few iPhone 15 ProbMax phones in stock. Hubs selected black and I selected navy blue. They didn't have 2 black phones or 2 blue phones. It wasn't a big deal on the color as navy blue is my favorite color. The Apple Watches were buy one get one free so we purchased a watch each. We saw 3 more customers come in and wait while we were purchasing our phones and watches. After 45 minutes 1of the 3 customers left. The original couple waiting for a customer representative was still waiting along with 2 of the 3 walk in customers. Another 15 minutes later and a second walk in customer left. We had been there 2 hours getting phones and watches set up and I asked why there weren't more people to help. About the time I asked where were more employees a lady customer representative came in to start her shift. It appears they need to hire more employees. Hubs and I had an entry level course on the Apple Watches. As for the Pro Max phones, it was hard for me to get used to not having that "home" button. Old folks need longer than 5 minutes or I do! LOL We are both happy with our new phones and watches. We were in the store about 3 hours to buy 2 phones, 2 watches, 2 chargers, 2 glass protectors, and 2 cases. When we left, the couple that was ahead of us waiting on a different customer service representative were still sitting there waiting. I know I would have been long gone as hubs wouldn't wait 3 hours!

This store is large and was full of shoppers. There was a sale on fall merchandise. The checkout registers were 3-4 deep of customers waiting to pay. I walked past the people to see what people were buying. Well that was hard to see right away. There are aisles stocked up to the ceiling against the walls. Christmas items were along the back wall. Now I know why I can't find Christmas items in December! Some items were marked down 70% and people were buying. There was an abundance of Halloween stuff on sale too. Clocks and pictures looked to be hugely marked down. Markdown signs were all over. A shopper's paradise is markdown and clearance signs. I have friends who shop at Hobby Lobby 2-3 times a month. I see why. The store seems to have a little bit of everything. It would be very easy to fill up a shopping cart. Ok back to what I was looking for. I did find several wood pieces I could use to elevate my Kaleidoscape. The number of wood and cork items I could have purchased were tenfold what the other store had. I got in line to pay and only had 1 person in front of me. Checkout was fast and very pleasant. I highly recommend this store. It was a pleasure walking around inside and I will return.
