Terrible place. Very disappointed in the lack of care, communication and all around place. They have not finished setting up so there is a lot of hazards everywhere (cement flooring, a stage full of furniture). If you are not ready to open, don't open. Don't make parents feel bad.
They have been fined multiple times and their licensing is not current.
They do not give you daily updates, my daughter came back with the most ridiculous amount of bruising because there is no grass, it is all cement flooring as mentioned above.
Don't let the director Tenika fool you, she is a great talker but is all BS. For $400 a week you'd expect more than basic level of care. This isn't even basic level of care this is less than that.
Upon visiting the new house where she was operating out of there were no toys, no posters, nothing to play on or with.
Tenika blamed me over text saying I was the one who filed the most recent complaint, which was definitely not the case but I had to investigate myself.
I suggest calling community care licensing at 844 538 8766. They were very surprised to hear she was operating out of her house after her summer camp was shut down ....
A few other mentions:
- I made my daughters lunch every day and supplied her with a fork and a spoon. Not once did they ever bother to rinse it before putting it back in the lunchbox.
- They spelled her name wrong every day which I mentioned in person and through text.
- Only after day 2 when I asked what she was doing for the 10 hours she was there did they start sending out daily updates? Which consist of a sentence and a picture. It's good for parents to know what their children are doing for the 10 hours they aren't with them
I should have listened to my gut after the first day there but I'm a single working mom. Tenika was very good at soothing everything over via text/call and making it seem like it was much better than it was. Will never be doing that again. read more
