I called the morning of, they answered, quoted me straight for what I wanted (a great price!). When I arrived, they let me know it would take a few hours, and I said I needed to go to the mall and they offered to drop me at the bus stop (now that's customer service!!) which I accepted. When I arrived back from the mall (I was a little early) they were almost done with the car, and offered me bottled water while I waited a few minutes, and conversed with me meanwhile (how nice!). They did a superb job and went the extra mile, and were happy to check on anything I pointed out, and many thanks to Orlando and Angel for their hospitality! My car is a 2013 Santa so it's getting up there in years. He doesn't recommend a million things to be repaired ( like one "reputable" company ) but is very careful about checking the belts, brakes, cooling , etc and lets me know when something is essential. He also knows his limits and will recommend someone else if he doesn't have the equipment to do it. I feel like he protects me like he would protect his own mother with her car. Anthony not only took my old stock exhaust off and installed the new Unitronic turbo back like I requested, he took the time to give my GTI a full once over and discovered I was approx 2 quarts of oil low despite not requiring an oil change for another 7K miles. Anthony also recommend some maintenance that was due in the near future. Anthony also kept me posted during the install of the exhaust to ensure everything was going well. I have some maintenance and some mods coming in the near future. Lanz Oil can do it all. Thanks again Anthony for taking care of my MK6 GTI.
