The lady then ask if I could deal with it on the spot and I said no. My husband is going to have to deal with it. She was so rude and after I sat down she comes to me and handed me the invoice. I was ready to walk out because of what just happened but obviously I already committed to this appointment. I understand that they have a strict policy on a missed appointment but there's really no need to treat a client that way especially if I wasn't even the one that missed it. She was so cold and plain rude said nothing else other than what had been said when I came in. On a side note, my experience with my RMT, Emily, has been wonderful. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. She's great. I have no complaints about my first visit. It was a good experience.
