Went in for a mani-pedi, left with a chopped up pedicure and NO mani. No way was I going to get the mani done after the pedi experience. No time was spend on my service. The tech cut my nails wayyy too short on some toes and it looked, no joke, like a 3yr old painted them. One of the other employees had to completely re-paint them, which was nice, but it didn't take away from my chopped up toe nails. Not only that, but not one tool came out of a package. They were all just on a tray. She even used one of them to poke a hole in the plastic so the water would drain, then put it back on the tray. Horrible experience. I came here on a whim to get my nails done before a trip, I haven't had acrylics done in over 10 years, I called the day before my appt, they scheduled me right away. I had an idea that I saved from Pinterest and showed my nail tech Amy. She was very nice and made sure my nails were the shape and color I desired. I got exactly what I had shown her. I would like to have a better selection of colors. We had appointments but were still made to wait. They could have set our appointments back 15 minutes rather than having us come in and wait. The prices were fair. The whole process was fast once they got started. My toes looked good but there were times when the lady was hurting me. My wife's toes looked awful and one big toe nail was WAY longer than the other big toe nail. She pointed it out but they didn't care and didn't fix it. Kinda laughed because it looked funny? It was very noticeable and they could have clipped the nail the same length. I think we will keep looking for a new place. read more

Unfortunately was 10 minutes late for an appointment and was denied service without any prior communication about it. Poor customer service. Only go here if you want to be treated like an @sshole. There have been multiple occasions on which I felt disrespected and the handling on your end was not addressed well. There were not one but two times that I have scheduled an appointment to go in and for you to give ME an attitude as if it were my fault that I was not on the schedule because the person didn't write it down. There have been multiple occasions in which you have ran over time with other clients and I didn't say anything, cause things happen. There have been times that you were very standoffish and rude towards me when I have been nothing but nice and thankful to everyone in there. I didn't storm out. I calmly paid and walked out when I discovered that conveniently NO ONE was able to see me at all that day when I inquired about seeing someone else with Amy. Absolutely no solution was offered. I didn't shout, I didn't make a scene. I simply said to Jayden I was never coming back and explained why. Why you are trying to make me sound like some terrible person is beyond me. I went to you every month for two years and tipped you $20 every time. Despite the quality not always being the best. So please get off your high horse and learn how to communicate with your clients instead of blowing them off. This could have easily been addressed with a conversation. I had an acrylic fill and gel polish on my fingers and a pedicure. They did a good job. However, they could not find the regular nail polish that matched the gel on my fingers for my toes. I was told it would cost an additional $20 to have gel on my toes. They told me to choose another color from the gel samples, so I chose the closest one to it, they couldn't find that one, either, after barely looking for either color. It was obvious that some of the colors were out of place, but no one seemed to care. I ended up settling on a color the pedicure tech talked me into that is a completely different shade of pink than the color on my fingers. My toes are fuscia and my fingers are coral!! Embarrassing!! This is a Big deal for me and a big reason why I have my nails done...to Match!! Not sure I'll be back. read more

I would encourage others to think twice about going to this salon. I went in for a pedicure and ended up with some type of painful injury to my big toenail and toenail bed. After my early April appointment it is now the first week of June and my left big toenail was stinging and burning immediately after she trimmed it in the upper corner. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and why it burned and hurt so much as soon as I got out of her chair. It's been nothing but painful the last several weeks of having a very sore nail bed around it and underneath the inside edge of that toenail directly under it. I didn't think it could get any worse but it actually has gotten even more painful now and I had to make an appointment with a foot doctor to try to find out what damage was done. I don't know if the woman trimming my nails gave me an ingrown toenail by aggressively clipping away at the edge and down into the lower outside of my left big toenail bed which I had never had problems with before. Or if she cut something back too far down and it's still injured after this many weeks. It's been 5 weeks now. All I know is it's very painful and it's starting to really hurt when I put any pressure at all on it or walking on it. There's no pus present unless it is under the nail itself, but it's red and extremely painful to the touch. I have never had a problem with my big toenails before and I'm disgusted to so easily get an injury from an innocent pedicure where I was trying to go in to gave a nice, relaxing experience and feel good about making my feet look their best. And now have to consult a doctor. Please be cautious of this salon. read more

I hate giving low stars, but it is so overpriced.. I got French gel polish on my hands and feet. Typically with gel they will always trim cuticles because the gel will fall off, but there was nothing. 40$ for toes and 35$ for hands. 75$ + 20% tip made it 90$ total... The staff take shortcuts with nails here, but charge premium prices. I always got simple nails, one color, nothing fancy but every time I came in they charged me a little more, and a little more until a simple one color fill was $65. I got two pedicures here. One was good, the second one was so bad! The nail technician cut me so badly and so deeply and tried to hide it from me (I watched of course) and she packed it with gauze eventually to stop the blood, and then did the worst polishing job I've ever had. There are so many great nail places in town where the staff is friendly, doesn't take shortcuts, and charges a normal rate-and an honest one that doesn't test the limits of how much of a pushover the customer is. Just save your money lol this place was just not good. The lady who did my toes cut my nails but didn't even clean my cuticles or even file my nails. My gel (which is $40 btw) is terrible and doesn't last at all. The gel didn't dry properly on one of my nails and instead of fixing it they tried to just file it but when I walked out it was peeling off and had to ask them to fix it. read more

They have are the CLEANEST nail salon I have ever been too!! They use new tools for each customer and clean their pedicure bowls sooo good. I hate giving low stars but my nails are destroyed after an acrylic nail removal. From my understanding, you soak your nails in acetone to gently remove the acrylic/gel but this wasn't the case. The staff member that removed the nails was so rough and didn't even use acetone. She simply cut all around it and tried to lift the acrylic with an extra nail tip. My nails are sore and incredibly fragile. I understand some places do that but I shared that my nails were already sore and fragile and yanking them off would just make it worse. read more

Terrible! The lady who did my brows has no business waxing anyone! My eyebrows are now a bunch of scabs. I left there bleeding in multiple spots on my eyebrows. My eyebrows were extremely uneven and done poorly I gave her 3 chances to fix this before I got mad and was over it. I came in today just worn out. Decided to try this place on a walk in . The greeting was kind and welcoming. Pedicure please!! My attendant was BEEBEE and she was phenominal. Always making sure I was comfortable. I recommend getting the paraffin wax. My feet are OMG soffffffttttt! A tad pricey but honestly, I got the works today (even a design on the big toe) so I expected it. I can't say enough about this place! When I moved here from LA, I was afraid I wouldn't find a place that would do my nails the way I like. However, I did and I'm so happy! I've been to a few places around the springs now, and nothing compares! I like when Dat does my nails, as he is so accommodating to my requests and he knows exactly how I like them. A few times now he has redone a few nails because he didn't think he did his best, and I never even had to ask! Seriously, give them a try. You Do Not get what you pay for. Me and my best friend came in for a early mother's day treat to ourselves. The services bought were the same. The treatments received were not equal. I had my gel polish taken off with a dremel. All the way to the bed. Not by accident on one spot but intentional to quicken the process. My friend had no massage, no scrub rub, just a rushed process that was not well accomplished. By the halfway mark she was wishing she had a translator. I had to agree. We had to request them stop the designs as we were not happy. Bill was not even close to services rendered. I should have read and paid attention to reviews. I've been coming to this nail salon for over a year. I only get pedicures (can't stand my nails because they grow out so fast) but I love the color options they have for gel and looking at some of the fancier nail work they do is just impressive! I picked a nail polish that was apparently very thick and instead of suggesting another color, the technician globbed on the polish and it looks awful and chunky and definitely does NOT look like a professional paint job- I don't usually get my nails done, so I was really disappointed that I spent so much money when I could have done a better job at home myself. read more

Wonderful calming music, comfortable chairs, lined the foot bath with a sterile liner, did an A+++ job on my feet, no cuts, scrapes, or cringing as the technician worked on me. I have been going to Fusion Nails for a very long time now. My regular nail technician is fantastic. He has integrity and is attentive, doing a careful and detailed job. No matter how hard I am on my hands, he cares about how my nails look when I leave. This is why my nails look natural and beautiful consistently every single time. He is always on time with appointments and maintains a clean salon. I regret the times when I have needed an appointment quickly and had to go somewhere else. I have been to many many nail salons and have not ever found someone who behaves with kindness, respect, and the same good will towards people.
