It's pricey if you can't afford the monthly cost, but this location asks for at least a 3 month commitment and then you can cancel with a 30 days notice. I'm 22 and the legal caretaker for my 17-year-old sister while our parents are currently at the hospital. We arrived with every required form and all of the necessary identification to get her IV. Instead of helping us, she was dismissive, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. If you don't actually have a 4:05 p.m. appointment available, then don't schedule one. Rather than trying to find a solution or treating us with basic courtesy, she repeatedly pushed back despite us having everything required. It honestly felt like she was more interested in getting out of work than helping customers. We left feeling completely disrespected during what was already a very stressful situation for our family. I would not recommend this location based on the customer service we received.

I booked an appointment for the first time yesterday because I take a Cosmetology Stateboard exam tomorrow and I woke up feeling sick yesterday so I decided to give IV hydration a shot (literally lol ) as I had not had the opportunity to drink a lot of water over the work week or eat much and I felt depleted, exhausted, tired, and on the verge of getting sick. I went in and tried their wellness IV. It took about 45 minutes and I felt better immediately after leaving. I also feel great and I got 10 hours of sleep last night. I don't know if they're related but I usually don't get very good rest. I no longer feel sick. I will definitely be back. Everyone was really nice at this location.

We were able to have a nurse come to our house and administer our IVs right by the pool, allowing us to enjoy the last few hours of our vacation. As for the service itself, our nurse Rebekah was amazing. She was very pleasant, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Most of all, she was gentle with the procedure, as I'm not a huge fan of needles. It was actually a quite relaxing experience. Within an hour I felt back to myself.
