Training with them has completely changed how I see the art of dance. From the outside this looks like a convenience store, but there's more inside, so definitely worth…read moregoing in. On Fridays the studio offers Colombian-style Salsa lessons, starting at 8pm. For $10 you get the 1 1/2 hour lesson plus light refreshments. It was pretty fun. If you know the other style of Salsa, mainly what we do in clubs in most major cities, you will find it's a little different. It's got an extra step in it that I wasn't used to. But the lesson is fairly simple to follow along. Otto does teach the lesson in Spanish, but it's really learn by watching, so you should be ok even if you don't know any Spanish. And there's always someone that speaks English if you are really stuck. Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to sweat. A lot! Awesome class.

We had to pay for everythingggggg. And when I say that I mean , we paid $70 a ticket to watch a pre recorded show that took place during class time. I took her out of the academy right before they could pull that "scam" ( and I use that word lightly) again for the spring season. I don't feel like any of these actions were done out of malice probably just to get their money back after the pandemic but weren't we all? Just seemed pretty unfair and for that I wouldn't recommend. It's very difficult to find a dance studio that's not constantly trying to take money from you for everything little thing, so if anyone has any suggestions - please share.
