Middle high school kids get to be in the front closer to the stage which was a little distracting some were talking to each other and some were worshiping. Pastor started off with his favorite non Christian band to tell everyone, idk if he starts like that every time he preaches it's already stated in online Website we get it. Then he made us stand up and told everyone not to get so comfortable and everyone needs to serve in the Church and who ever does not serve is a loser. He said a couple of negative words which were not necessary. His teaching was a little confusing he went from one book to another he did not specify what verse only chapter. Idk if he was against God or with God. His preaching was confusing. There is a lot of nice people in that church I felt bad. Let's focus on the word of God and limit negative words. We come to church to hear the word of God. 2 positive starts go for the people serving there doing there best and the worship team. God bless this church.

Church is always great to go to. I don't think you can really "rate" church... I just moved to this…read morearea and I went to "The Way" last week. I really liked it... but I did want to try a few other churches in the area before I settle in somewhere. I really like the aesthetic of this church. It's what drew me here. Honestly the location was a bit difficult to get to... it's right off the freeway pretty much and I should have seen that as God speaking to me... cause that automatically being difficult made me think "I wouldn't want to drive this way again...." Anyways... it's a beautiful church. However, I felt the presence of God really lacking here.... The worship was SO rushed.... It was actually stressful. The tempo was faster than the original song for Way Maker, it made it really hard to relax and focus... though I tried my best the whole service to make my visit about God and not my preference.... So I could at leave with something and take something away as I came to be encouraged and worship. It just made it very hard to focus.. I don't know who spoke today. And I give the guy props, because I know talking to a crowd is a lot harder than it looks. But I felt the message had a great message, however, was lacking with scriptural backing... it could have been a really powerful message had there been more time given to it and more scripture to give background and a firm standing... the message was not built on sound doctrine. He was talking about the anti christ and talking about that he's going to be a political leader and as soon as I heard that I knew not to listen to the message anymore.... There was also no scripture shared to back what he was saying about the anti christ..... we don't know. We won't know. But I do believe as believers we will continue to see things God shows us to remind us He is coming... like with Covid and the vaccine. there are "many anti christs" the Bible says... the anti christ is anyone who does not confess Jesus is Lord. 1 John 4. He's already here. I wanted to leave so bad but I didn't want to get up and be rude. The best part of the service was this Asian lady sat next to me and she was so friendly and I don't think she really spoke English but I was so happy she sat next to me. Shoutout to the dude who spoke today, tho, you really had some great points; just felt very pretentious and there wasn't any scriptural backing for majority of the things you were saying. I want to see scripture. I want to go deep into the word. I'm not interested in hearing someone talk about their opinions. Give me the word. Not just one, two, three single verses scattered across multiple books.... It doesn't built a strong foundation or depth to the message but you really had something powerful God gave you about the stump and something growing out of whats dead. Thank you so much for sharing. I left today feeling like I did not spend time with God and I went to a performance. Slow down, take a breath.... It felt very pretentious and an intense need to be intelligent... you're doing awesome and have a great church just slow down and come back to what's really important...

The grounds were breathtaking and the people were friendly enough (i am typically standoff-ish so no judgement on them). In fact I appreciate them not being overly friendly and risk making me uncomfortable. I love the amount of structure they have put into their collective efforts within this building and I feel that it is an adequate reflection of the values of a truly Bible believing church. Its enough structure without being "legalistic". I saw some rather one sides one star reviews of this place and am glad I had the opportunity to come and see for myself and form my own opinion. I have been formally rebuked in my hometown and by the local churches in that area and today was my first time in a new church in a new community and though I was absolutely nervous showing up (and had to fight with myself to stay) I am glad I did. Well worth the effort and an absolute pleasure to say the least. Looking forward to mens bible study group tomorrow!

Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship has a beautiful campus, and the sermons are engaging, informative,…read moreand full of biblical knowledge. I attended this church for years and learned a ton of the Bible. There are also a lot of wonderful people here. Unfortunately, in my experience, bad apples make up the senior leadership, and they overshadow the good in this church. There seems to be a disconnect between what is taught from the pulpit and how leadership handles its own problems and treats other people. I have personally witnessed various questionable bursts of anger and heard nasty gossip coming directly from those in senior leadership. It's disappointing to see this kind of behavior from the very people teaching others how to live according to Scripture. I attended the May 15 Friday night Steadfast service, where a pastor publicly announced his resignation and raised serious concerns about an adultery scandal involving senior church leadership. I continued attending for the next few months, hoping to see meaningful changes or accountability. Unfortunately, the same senior leadership remains in place, and I have yet to see these concerns meaningfully addressed. We all sin, and no church is perfect. Grace, mercy, and repentance are essential. My concern is not that leadership has made mistakes, but that I have not seen meaningful acknowledgment, repentance, or accountability regarding the concerns that have been raised. Instead, these issues have been brushed aside rather than openly addressed. A church should hold its leaders to the same biblical standards they teach others. Based on what I've witnessed, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability. I would encourage anyone considering this church to look beyond the beautiful facilities and sermons before deciding to attend.

Going from knowing the whole church to trying to find another church to call home was challenging. But since our first visit in 2019, God gave us the peace to know that we'd return again. 2021 came & so did the church hunt. We tried a few but we kept coming back to The Bridge. The more we went, the more it felt like home. Fast forward to today & I've made so many new friends & spiritual sisters. I've grown in my walk, I've relearned new things about the stories and scriptures I'd read my entire life! Pastor Gary & Pastor Zac do such an amazing job at delivering the Word, focusing on the scripture & not sharing their own thoughts and opinions. The youth & children's church are absolutely amazing as well! Pastor Corey & Amber are igniting revival in this generation! You can visit here and leave that mask at the door. I love everything about this church. The services are packed with that energy to face whatever type of week you've had. They have a Facebook and Instagram to stay connected via social media. Services are interactive. Technology friendly. You won't get ugly looks for using your bible app. Music is done right and you appreciate the collective sound and quality of each worship members gift. They also host so many small groups if you want more connectivity. Their website has them all listed. I don't have kids, but the childcare is done right. Parents check kids in and out quickly and are given a restaurant style pager just in case they are needed for whatever reason. Very cool. But most importantly this place peaches the Word with love and no condemnation "we're all going to hell" style. I've never felt so loved by God since I've started attending here. Another cool thing is this Celebrate Recovery group they have. I think that's so awesome. A biblical based program for anyone with hurts, habits and hang-up's.. aka all of us!! ;) I can't say enough how blessed I feel to have discovered this place on yelp. Who would have thought it was here all along?! Check it out. My favorite service is Sunday night at 5:30. Full concert worship service, and the same message if you missed the morning service. My only recommendation is that a bike rack be installed near the main building. I have to lock my bike on a fence, far from public areas, and even at church I'm all qookie about it. #trustissues But doesn't bother me enough to knock down the rating. I've never said this about a church, but I honestly love this place.

Rancho Christian private school. They market themselves as "Christ centered", but in reality,…read morethey've started to delve away from that. As someone who has been around the school for 5+ years, I can confidently say that things are going and have gone downhill. The education itself isn't bad, but for the majority of students, the curriculum isn't as challenging as other schools. The biggest issue, though, is the church and leadership that isn't in the right place. Scott Treadway has said some things that don't reflect Jesus or the Bible. In fact, he has said, and I quote (paraphrasing, because I didn't bother to hear that tomfoolery) "The Bible is just some stories". I genuinely can't comprehend how he could say something like that. However, he gets away with it by his speech and use of words. News flash buddy; you can't just say something and then tie Jesus into it. That doesn't make it right. You preach Jesus' word, not your own. The church is a mess too. It used to have "Christian" in the name, but they took that out. Why guys? There was also an incident regarding a church group that was about including all races and everyone is equal and loved by God. Sounds good, right? Well, it would be if not for them only allowing white people to attend to hear the message. I wish this wasn't true, but sadly, it's happened. I pray that God may help or remove Scott from power, as he's not doing well.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE CHURCH!!!! FOR THE SCHOOL ONLY…read more I am writing this with a heavy heart. I applied to Southwest Christian Academy because I was excited, truly excited, to raise my son as a God-fearing Christian. The world is full of degeneracy and I only trust Christians to teach my child. I thought I had finally found the place. I paid the $100 non-refundable application fee and signed their form, which requires payment before any tour and says a tour is not guaranteed. I never got a tour. Nobody from this program ever met me, my wife, or my son. Then I received an email saying my family is not a good fit. Not a good fit based on what? They have never seen my son's face. All they had was an application and a few emails where I asked normal questions about addresses, what their hybrid school system is. I believed God opens His hand to anyone who comes seeking. It turns out this program does not. I still have not told my son. I do not know how to tell a boy who was excited to go to a Christian school that the Christians decided we were not good enough, without him being hurt. Their own paperwork says they are not a school. They kept the $100. I don't need it back either. Just remember how you made that money. Please think hard before you put your family through this.
