Unfortunately, I was not quoted a price before treatment (just a range from $250 partial-$495 full face.) After receiving treatment on a few areas I was presented a bill of $495 which is considerably higher than the same treatments I've had at YOLO $175 and Esana $250. The aesthetician was was very knowledgable and friendly and gave me her business card to contact her if I had any questions or issues. A couple of days later, I noticed there was a small area on the side of my nose that appeared to have been skipped - so I contacted the office and asked if I could come in for a touch up on that one specific vein on the side of my nose. The receiptionist stated that the laser doesn't always work and and that they would have to charge me again if I would come in to have it treated again. I explained that it was simply one tiny area consisting of a few veins which was probably missed. She put me on hold and said she went to talk to the doctor and then told me that it often takes a full month to see results and to be patient. I explained I've had these treatments several times and they disappear a couple of days after the laser treatment -- however, I asked if after a month, I don't see results could I come back for a touch up on that one area? She told me sure but I would be charged again for a full procedure $495. Note, it literally takes 10 seconds or less to zap one area consisting of a couple of broken blood vessels. It is one zap, one press of the laser. I told her that I was extremely disappointed and that I would not come back. She said, "have a good day" and hung-up. Honestly, I was quite shocked with the level of customer service from her after having such a great experience with the aesthetician. I immediately wrote this review. A couple weeks after posting the review above, I was contacted by the office manager - who was asked to reach out to me, because she had learned I was unhappy. Dr. Langdon has invited me back to the office later this week, to evaluate the area and treat it again for free.

Dr. Langdon did a great job on my lower blepharoplasty a few years back and he and his staff were…read morevery easy to work with. The only thing I did not love was being awake for the procedure and having to manage the injections to my conjunctiva for numbing. Not the most fun moment. Overall great experience, however. I felt well attended to in the follow-up period.

Dr. Price performed a genioplasty on me about ten years ago (10 mm silicon implant). At that time,…read moreI was in my mid-twenties. He was kind and respectful and, in fairness, previewed that he thought it might look nice to make my chin longer and larger. However, after the surgery, I was unhappy with the result, as I thought my chin was too long and wide and the implant became crooked. I also experienced a ton of swelling in my upper and midface as well as in my chin/jaw area. He was somewhat dismissive and thought that the asymmetry would be difficult to fix because of my underlying face asymmetry. Recently, I had a revision performed in Korea after looking at CT scans with a several different doctors. The implant shifted to the right and everyone agreed it was too large for my face. The doctor who performed the revision noted that it had actually slipped downward, while it typically would sit parallel to (not below) the bone of your chin. In addition to making my chin too long, I had puckering from the upper part of my chin where the recession actually wasn't fixed, as the implant had shifted downward. 7 days post-op, I have my old face shape back with the asymmetry resolved. I have a delicate, small chin that's in line with my original face, but with no recession. The swelling is way better than the first time - some in the chin, some chipmunk cheeks, but nothing around my midface or eyes that I can tell. The doctor who performed the revision attributed this to the pocket being cut too large the first time. I know that Dr. Price has gotten great results for other patients, but I wanted to provide this review as I know genioplasty is a commonly desired surgery for young Asian women. This doctor may not be the right choice if you have that profile. Edit: I hesitated to say this, but I would also encourage young women in my position to look at Asian doctors. I think part of what went awry here is that Western beauty standards are not the same - here it's considered good for even women to have a strong jaw or a mature look. As people in my community know, for Asian women, neither of those things is positive. But tastes differ. Know what you want and communicate it, but there are benefits to working with people who know our culture.

Even when an unavoidable complication arose, he was with me every step of the way. Dr. Price saw me 5 consecutive mornings, including a Sunday! Each time showing total compassion and attentiveness. Now I am at the last stage of my journey I couldn't be more elated with the final results! My mid-section looks AMAZING!!!!

The procedure was not individualized at all, and felt very impersonal.. it felt like that tbe technician performed the Hydro facial the way that they learned it exactly in school and did not deviated from that standard practice at all. I had an augmentation with Dr Pan in 2019, april...by that winter into the spring i noticed a worsening deformity of the right breast, which was later diagnosed as capsular contraction. I am an OR nurse and have since been told my multiple plastic surgeons this is a relatively rare issue that only typically occurs if one has an infection, there is significant bleeding during the case or radiation treatment (which I did not have). I had to have my implants removed less than two years later and am back to square one. very upset with this entire experience. I would consult with Dr. Fusi if looking to get an augmentation, he is amazing.

I felt like when I talked about my preferences as far as end results and goals, she truly cared about what I was trying to achieve with my procedures. Dr. Pan considered my concerns, listened to me through the whole very comprehensive consult, and thoroughly explained all of the possible risks, while also making sure I was realistic about my expectations. She was always available by phone when I needed her and her staff is beyond fantastic! They are so welcoming, helpful and make your questions or concerns a priority. When I had a minor complication, her staff was super attentive and saw me right away. I could not possibly be more thrilled with my results. The first time I looked in the mirror, I cried happy tears! Dr. Pan changed not only my body, but my confidence, my self-esteem and my life!
