And, in doing it the installer was on time, polite, cleaned up the mess, personable, etc. The price bid by "My Electrical Genie" was offered right away - they were the first to respond to my listing. And they responded with a price. Others didn't respond with a price even though my project was very specific, simple, and with pictures! The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.

They worked with my travel schedule and put in underground electrical run from generator to house when I was away and came to do inside work, as needed, while I was home. While we are still waiting for a final/final approval from City[they changed the requirements for the transfer switch at the last minute] the generator and all inside electrical work[ATS, etc] was completed and installation runs[well] since August 2022. We have had one outage and it started up & ran well for 1-2 hours. Shut itself off when power came back! Main thing that differs them from others I asked for quotes is that they do the whole job[survey/permits/electrical/etc.], so you do not have to hire a surveyor & electrician as many other companies I called would require - it makes a big difference, in my opinion. Also, while it has been eight months since generator is operational, they have not pushed for any payment[last 25% is due after final City approval]. Their electricians[& their employees - no outside contractor] were excellent and they were able to work with power live without requiring/waiting for FPL for a disconnect & reconnect[saves time!]. I have recommended them to two neighbors whose installation should be quicker as they are using standard propane units with lower capacity, etc. From what I understand, Generator SuperCenter of Florida is one of the top two Generac dealers in the USA and they do carry inventory of typical units used by most residences. I have owned many generators before on boats[one had two 30KW units], so I am familiar with them - I have looked/inspected Generac unit once it arrived and while it runs - I'm impressed with design/installation, etc. My diesel unit uses a Mitsubishi engine w/ turbo connected to a quality brand generator, etc., so far, so good!

My fence company turned off my gas without my knowledge, so I called Reliable for help. I was told the trip fee would be $300 and that I should call the gas company instead because they would tell me how to shut off from the propane tank area for free. REALLY? Since when does a customer have to pay $300 just to get help with a potential gas emergency? I also had what I believed was a gas leak. When I called last Thursday, I was told they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday. WOW! I don't know what has changed with this company, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected better service, especially when a potential gas leak was involved.

The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. From Takashi Murakami, Austin Lee, Robert Indiana, and 23 other pieces by different artists in a series they call ArtWalk. They're very dog-friendly. We saw hundreds of dogs and their humans - not sure if there was an event or if this was just the norm here. But it was fun to watch cute little puppies. I visited during the World Cup and they had an area dedicated for it. They had a pop-up FIFA store which had items I wanted but haven't found at the stadiums. The mall is bright with natural lighting during the day. Nice and cool which is a nice reprieve from the unforgiving sun and summer heat. It's spacious and clean.

There were food stalls inside and few restaurants outside . My kids lovedddddddd this mall. It's a super expensive premium outlet mall. Nothing was cheap here . Premium perfumes , premium clothing , premium everything . Had fun going around and looking at some of these outlets . Food was good inside . Some of them were cheap eats . My kids found all their favorite perfume shops ! They were super excited ! Good experience overall . 4 stars ..
