We weren't exactly sure where to go or what to do. Fortunately, my connections lead us to the office of Kenneth E Berger. Kenny and his team, (particularly Karissa, Symone, and Brad), put a lot of time and effort into asking us questions and researching whether or not our case was worth pursuing. The case was without precedent and difficult to put together, but Kenny and crew came to the conclusion that the conditions that led to what happened to my mother should be addressed. Though it took almost 3 years of hard work and patience to get sorted out, we were finally able to settle. Along the way, Kenny and his team were attentive, caring, inclusive, and extremely thorough and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel as though we mattered. We HIGHLY recommend the Law Office of Kenneth E Berger for anyone needing honest, sound, rational, and professional legal representation!

I was rear ended, at night, on 501 in Myrtle Beach. Thankfully my injuries were fairly minor, but the damage to the back of my car was serious, and made my vehicle undrivable. The insurance companies, (both mine and theirs) were very unsympathetic and uninterested in helping me. So, even though I wasn't sure if my case would be major enough to interest a lawyer, I decided to call Maguire Law Firm in the hope that just maybe they could at least give me a direction to turn. Right from the beginning they took me and my accident seriously and treated me like an important client with a huge case. Sheryl Priest, who has been overseeing the damages portion of my case, fought hard to get the insurance company to give me a comparable loaner while my car was in the shop, made sure that my car was completely restored to its pre accident condition AND has gotten me every dime of the diminished value for my car now that it has been involved in a collision. I cant say enough about the professionalism and care that I've gotten from Sheryl and every other person that I've had involved in my case. So if you need help with a similar situation, give them a call. You won't regret it!

We also had a unique situation where one of the kids was applying for a job that required a clean record. We could not pay the ticket, as that would imply an admission of guilt. I spoke with a couple different attorneys that were recommended to me. They just didn't understand what I was looking for. I found Atty William Monckton thru a Google search.
